monerozi5590: Buhari was the president for 8 years and he was the GCFR cum CSO. Buhari became the president on the wings of Jonathan being a failure security wise . Prior to Buhari being the president there was Boko Haram rampaging in the north east and everybody blamed Jonathan for being a failure and called for his head. Buhari campaigned he was going to make Nigeria safe once again and he became the president. During Buhari’s tenure Boko Haram still operated albeit at a nominal level , Fulani herdsmen became a thing and they didn’t limit their madness to the north central where the reigned supreme; they made incursions into almost every other region in the country bar the south south and south east minimally . Bandits sprang up in the northwest and kidnappings became unprecedented , Bandits began raining more havoc than Boko Haram ever did; they attacked schools , airports , churches , villages and even Nigerian Defence Academy while Buhari was president . Today people are being sacked from their villages in Buhari’s home state , yet a certain Alhaji Monerozi is telling me to keep Buhari’s name out of my mouth because he has a Buhari effigy in his house he worships and kiss when he wakes and before he sleeps . Till date people still blame Jonathan for allowing Boko Haram to grow exponentially under his administration by looking away when he should’ve taken a drastic decision to crush them at infancy . Yet u would not want us to state the fact about how Buhari played dumb when his brothers were rampaging but kept gagging the press through NBC to control what and what they report . Smh 🤦♂️ 10 Likes |

BlueRayDick: So before Buhari, there were no clashes between Fulani herdsmen and people in the South West? Do you even know when those clashes started. Everytime you will just open your mouth and be shouting Buhari Buhari. Why are you not blaming Obasanjo for every insecurity in Ogun State. He was once the president too? Didn't Buhari government tackle Bokoharm insurgency? Did you know those guys created a state in Nigeria and hoist their flag,? Where is all that now? Where were you when people in the North couldn't go to church or mosque because of fear of bomb blast . People couldn't even go out in gathering. Bomb blast everywhere even in Abuja. You think kidnapping started under Buhari? Go and read the history of kidnapping in Nigeria, not everytime you open your mouth and be shouting Buhari. Buhari is no longer the president. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Nigerians should learn to relax... So, in the end, it wasn't Gas or Gasland. I have seen that Gasland and been to Ventura mall, just metres from UI, and i have been wondering how that explosion would shake Ibadan. Even the gas explosion we had at Abule Egba sometime in Lagos, didn't shake the whole Alimosho sef. May God have mercy on the dead and comfort their families. |

monerozi5590: You must be a joker to be trivializing the carnage witnessed under buahri’s administration by asking me if there was no insecurity in Nigeria before Buhari became the president . You will need to show me evidence of Fulani herdsmen overrunning a Yoruba town/village like the did at Igangan prior to Buhari’s administration before I will take u serious . Maybe u live under the rock and only have access to news via BBC hausa on ur transistor radio; certainly I do not. It was under Buhari’s administration I saw video of a Yoruba man interviewed on his farm in Oyo state narrating how his two arms were chopped off by Buhari’s brothers who chose to reside in the bush while he was working in his farm . It was under Buhari’s administration people were being taxed by non state actors before the can harvest their farm produce up north . As per ur last paragraph , attached is a screenshot of APC in 2022 ( 7 years after Buhari took over power ) accusing Jonathan of incubating Boko Haram ; yet u Alhaji monerozi is being sensitive and don’t want me to mention Buhari for his role in incubating his Fulani brothers and their atrocities not only in the north but even farther south . I know u don’t like to hear this but it is what it is ; Buhari was a complete failure on the security/insecurity spectrum . He oversaw a country in which non state actors were attacking an airport , train services , Nigerian defence academy; heck! They even attacked his own advance team . Buhari’s name should even be substituted in the Oxford dictionary with the word ineptitude . Banza ! 1 Like

BlueRayDick: The Governor said it was dynamites from illegal miners Gasland has issued a statement that it wasn't them. I can't say, but nobody is pointing to gas. |

Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 6:14am On Jan 17 |
BlueRayDick: I don't think there's any mining site near there. Maybe na there dem dey pack the materials and dynamites. And if it is illegal, be very sure that it won't be known to the public; I mean their activities |

Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 6:21am On Jan 17 |
izzou: I just read the news on FP and in a way I feel it is premature for Seyi Makinde to have declared it is linked to activities of illegal miners when they still have sketchy details about the incident . Anyways I understand he needs to give the press something as at the press time , but let’s see what time will reveal . |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 6:25am On Jan 17 |
BlueRayDick: I hardly believe that any government has a sketchy detail of any event that happens in the state. While we were assuming, they must have had something concrete. The only difference is that they will give you what they want you to hear at the moment. Very possibe that he knows a lot. But for now, let us manage illegal miners |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by monerozi5590: 6:28am On Jan 17 |
BlueRayDick: I should show you evidence of clashes. Your gra gra too much. I am done with this your bias take. This is copied from a write up in 2013 before Buhari became the president. Finding it difficult to upload screenshot. In Nigeria, the Fulani have continued to clash with sedentary farming communities in Plateau, Ogun, Oyo, Sokoto, Nassarawa, Benue, Rivers, Bauchi, Yobe, Enugu, Cross-Rivers states and the Federal Capital Territory. The war being fought with the Tiv is fought in Tiv territories of Benue and Nassarawa state, where the Tiv have lived in the last three centuries, farming; rice, yams, cassava, beniseed, soya beans, and keeping their own cattle the Muturu cows. The Benue state and Tivland is Nigeria’s bread basket. https://www.premiumtimesng.com/opinion/114532-the-fulani-tiv-at-war-in-nigeria-as-president-jonathan-helplessly-looks-on-1-by-iyorwuese-hagher.html |

TRUTHS ABOUT THE IBADAN EXPLOSION. 1. There was no illegal mining site in the area as reported by some medium. 2. Residents confirmed that the explosion was caused by a fire outbreak in another house which spread to another. 3. The house the fire spread to had dynamites used by some miners who are residents of the area. 4. The fire touched the dynamite and that immediately led to the explosion that grounded the houses. 5. Some people have died, some are currently in the hospital receiving treatment. 6. A survivor was rescued some minutes to 12 am when I was about leaving the site of the explosion. 7. Search operations are currently ongoing to rescue other people who are still trapped under the rubble. 8. Let’s not spread fake news nor cause panic. 9. Ace Mall did not collapse. The mall is far away from the site and only witnessed an impact of the explosion just as Dominos, and some other properties got impacted. 10. Security officials and emergency workers are on ground at the scene to maintain order and ensure that lives are saved. - Fatteh Hamid MON [Investigative Journalist at Punch] |

Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 6:49am On Jan 17 |
monerozi5590: U post an article that says Fulani clashes with Tiv’s in Benue to prove Fulani overrun a Yoruba town/village in the south west ? I can see it’s not just Buhari that is not smart , but his followers and asslickers too. Go back to ur google search and bring me evidence of Fulani herdsmen having the mind to burn down a Yoruba village like this prior to Buhari and I will start taking u serious that u are not just an irritant who would praise Buhari even if he oversaw the worst administration in this country security wise . 10 Likes 2 Shares

I recently renewed my vehicle papers and had to pay for the yearly period of ownership Tinubu introduced . I wanted to comment on it yesterday but I want to get my info right first . BlueRayDick: You can lie sha. This was my post under your post. very easy to blame Buhari for everything. In Jos, blame Buhari, in Abuja blame Buhari, in Kaduna just blame Buhari. Blame him even when he is not the president anymore. Buhari should carry guns and start protecting everybody in Katsina. When Buhari was the president, you said he is Fulani that's why the Fulani guys are doing anyhow, now he has left but insecurity still persists. Is this how to even criticize someone? What do you want Buhari to do right now? When Buhari was the president, he was blamed for Insecurity, I blamed him too but he has left and I am understanding right now that insecurity is something that is hard to tackle as the president in a country like Nigeria. You now said this "Alhaji Monerozi is telling me to keep Buhari’s name out of my mouth because he has a Buhari effigy in his house he worships and kiss when he wakes and before he sleeps ". And I replied you should stop shouting Buhari Buhari everytime. 1 Like |

iamoyindamola: I doubt it can be like Ikeja bomb blast. I doubt any explosion in Nigeria in the last 3 decades compares to Ikeja's. Folks as far as Ifo in Ogun admitted they felt it. Maryland was a mess. |

Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by DissTroy(m): 7:25am On Jan 17 |
BlueRayDick: For 8 years under Buhari, GEJ's Facebook posts on alternate weeks used to be him encouraging Nigerians to pray for the country, wishing it well, while asking us to hold still as the country gets better, even as he got dragged through the mud by the APC for 5 years. I just checked his page now. He no longer cares or posts about the Nigerian situation. Just updates about his work and wishing his Nigerian friends on their birthdays well while those who blamed him for every woe in the country fill the comment section with, "Sir, say something. We are dying. Tell Buhari (now Tinubu) what we are facing", and he ignores all as he should. 9 Likes 1 Share |
