OasisX: What Bode George said maybe true, but that is not the reason we are where we are; Maybe just a little percentage of it. Do we know how much have been siphoned by politicians alone since 1999? Is Wigwe's round tripping the reason why Nigeria cannot generate electricity or have just one functioning refinery? Na Wigwe say make we no dey produce for here? |
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by raumdeuter: 3:35pm On Feb 14 |
OasisX: And after exposing what will happen? Is there anything Bode said that is really news to anyone on this thread? So we clear it up. Govt and private officials take advantage of loopholes to enrich themselves everywhere in the world Na when dem don lose power dem dey turn activist, when in power dey throway face 1 Like |

OasisX: Lol, the way people can believe anything sha. Someone would just paste nonsense on social media, write something and people will just carry it out free of charge, believing it You bringing it here, I don't want to believe you believed it but it's surprising especially you that's the campaigner of not believing everything you see on the internet without cross checking. You watched that match, I watched that match, does that look like the dressing of the goalkeeper that day in the final?? Nigerians are really sore losers, smh |

izzou: .....this ain't about Wigwe bro. He alleged all Bankers' MDs not just late Wigwe [RIP] in the interview. Abacha actually paved way for round-tripping in the country. It started when Dollar was ₦22 under Abacha regime but actually sold at black market for ₦70+, hence it didn't start today. We also aware how Otedola fed fat from Subsidy and other shabby deals, thanks to him Senator Faruq Lawan political career died shamefully and regretably. Dangote got Dollars from CBN under Meffy at subsidized rate under last Administration. So many facts are there that Elites have ruined this country. On the issue of power, OBJ spent $16B to no positive result. NEPA became PHCN and finally to EDCs yet nothing good has happened to power supply. Last Administration signed a Contract with Germany to upgrade and fix our supply via Siemens yet darkness still remain. Adelabu is blaming it on vandalism - that Gas Pipes powering GENCos are being vandalised hence reason for current power situation in the country. Sigh. |

izzou: Death by a thousand cuts. On its own, each of these is not significant. Then put them together and watch Nigeria bleed to death. It is why what should be simple and straightforward solutions keep failing. We are importing petrol because we don't have refining capacity. We grow refining capacity and then find that we are under producing oil needed by our refineries. The issues with dollar have their roots in round tripping and an entrenched culture where people make money from selling the dollar. Two markets for the dollar will always be in the interest of people who have made money via round tripping 1 Like |

Unlimited22: Leave Ibime make im dey carp. I go Risky Lounge/Ebeano for Berlin go chop Nkwobi and I could swear that shii tasted more like Oha soup than Nkwobi There’s a world of difference between eating Nigerian food in Nigeria and Nigerian food outside. Same with Ramen, Biryani or Korean chicken because the ingredients just don’t have the same composition as when you eat it in the country of origin 1 Like |

izzou: The difference is that obidients are here everyday telling us that LP is different. Different from those corrupt dinosaurs. It has been established over and over again that APC is a corrupt party helmed by a notorious drug baron. Every day obidients are shouting this to the rooftops. We should expect a minimum level of accountability from such performative integrity, not so? 3 Likes |

CrystalTiger: If the alleged video exists it would have been leaked from the very beginning to seal the case against meffy in the eyes of the world and public opinion. Meffy that was ceo in zenith bank and would be used to having people run errands for him as a matter of course. We were talking about PAs and gum body the other day. Meffy the oga at the top with his army of loyalists within CBN would have enough people. As it is the story is contradicting what has already been officially released. Three CBN staff have been identified as those who withdrew the 6.2m usd and are at large. |
