So in your mind, it's the military that will resolve it?

Military takeovers were part of the problems we are experiencing now. They spend recklessly, loot the Treasury and you can't question them because they rule with decree and not constitution.

I guess you were not born when the military was ruling
yet were able to build more infrastructure than the Saint and patriotic civilians

100%.

I believe strongly in Tinubu and all this we are seeing currently is what is obtainable at the early stage of a reform.

Obtainable in which early stage of reform? What is he reforming?

You are just a dunce.

💯. It is still BAT until 2031. As usual with BAT his detractors always have a semblance of victory at the initial stage, but BAT wins in the end.

Some of us expected this temporary period of hardship so it comes to us as nothing.

If the elections were to be reconducted tomorrow, I will still not vote Atiku òr Obi but BAT. Those who are mouthing off about warning us about Tinubu can still not explain to us what there candidates would have done differently at this period if they were the one.

The hardship and inflation in the country now is hardly any consolation for anybody or group of persons loss in the last general elections. Trust me whatever is happening now will not have any impact on how people vote in 2027. So if anyone thinks they can capitalise on this to win next election and bring their own version of misgovernance grin they are mistaken.

Unfortunately, you wrote all these with an empty stomach and no electricity in your apartment

I pity you!

He told us he would remove subsidy and float naira before he became president and I still voted for him.

I told people who cared to listen then that things will be tough during his regime including my dad.

I will still vote for him again....Not this holier than thou fraud packaged as messiah below

Lolz. Only an ignoramus will not expect the current economic quagmire anytime that the subsidy on fuel and forex was to be removed. Tinubu has my respect, he stuck to his words and promises. Buhari said "what is subsidy?" before his election, just like Obi and Atiku. But he backed out and left the mess for his successor.

If you finish ranting you craw back and eat sand.

Neither of Obi nor Atiku could have brought such hardship on Nigerians before they would have taken to the streets, for Tinubu to go this far and yet the streets are not full means something. People are willing to wait for them to get it right. The fact that Obidients continue to rob the pain in despite they also patronizing the same markets as everyone else's leaves the taste of the last elections bitterness in the air.

Continue calling other people for your excuses, even the south East are not bothered and you’re the one still crying.

You need deliverance from spirit of poverty
I would have said continue saying this if it makes you happy, but the truth is they are very bothered. My friend was in Anambra last week...she said she almost cried when she saw what people were going through, especially people living outside the state capital. She conducted qualitative interviews in 3 SE states, she's Igbo from Anambra so I'm sure she didn't lie and she has no cause to lie...we were just going through her oral interviews and she said it to buttress the findings in the study. While the Yorubas may be more vocal and open with their "ebi n pa wa", truth is, everyone living in Nigeria is affected!

In Enugu, people were selling their votes for Okpa and Jollof. In imo, people were hijacking and robbing onion trucks.

Leave Obi and Atiku out of the conversation. You are clearly one of those teaching the rest of us the lesson of our life. Big crisis is brewing due to hardship occasioned by whatever it is Tinubu is doing. Companies are folding up and relocating. Exchange rate is ridiculous. Prices of goods are skyrocketing, people are losing their job and struggling to feed and you have nothing meaningful to say other than Obi and Atiku as usual.

My brother the good thing is e go reach everybody. If you don't want to have sense people will one day have sense for you.

Of course, Tinubu will have my vote in the next election.

Only a mad man does things same way and expects different results.

Nigeria was tilting towards doom before Tinubu came to power. Paying for subsidy with borrowed funds. Who does that,?

Now we have seen that our supposedly "wealthy" nation is actually poor. We have seen that we can't even feed ourselves. We have seen that the country is not generating enough dollars to meet the huge daily demands. We have seen our vanities.

All hands need to be on deck. The governors of each state collecting fat monthly allocation while doing nothing should be dragged. Afterall, the governors know you will blame the presidency for their own inefficiencies.

If you are abroad, and you think you are immune, you are deceiving yourselves. You send money home to either keep in the bank or use to buy materials - you will end up buying expensive materials or your money loses value inside your banks account. You must join in this war as well.

It is now our battle against the elites who keeps stealing our funds. Agriculture needs to be made appealing to our youths. All tier of govt should create environment for industries to thrive. Our insatiable appetite for foreign goods must stop. All tiers of government must enact a policy to stop converting lands meant for agriculture into a real estate!!.

Without all these, no human on earth can lead Nigeria to greatness. Don't be deceived!. Tinubu is a president and not a magician.
