White Lukaku had been ineffective up to that point because Liverpool were kinda conservative. When the game opened up, one moment of magic from KdB could put the ball on the platter for him to score.

No he won't. He was hired to come and clean up the team and make the team play a certain way. Nobody is dumb enough to expect that and also expect us to compete for major trophies in the first two seasons.
