According to your first point on God's perfect will. If It was just one man and one woman, what was God's intention on multiplication? Jesus Christ never condemned Divorce as He instead said it came as a result of the revolt of men. He went on to raise remarriage instead we potential sin against God.

according to theologians, Eve was not Adam's first wife. In the same vein, the Bible never expressly condemned polygamy. 36-40 author wrote the Bible, though by inspiration from God, but they all have different perspectives about some issues.
