This is a new government and this particular agency has been active, do you expect them to go back in time to the days when they were not in power to start working ?

In the developed countries, do citizens go about building illegal structures?
Do the citizens go about building on the the right of way of the FG.

Did they inform the FG that they were gonna use thier land?

There are coastal roads all over the world and we see beaches littered along these roads, 700km of road will open up villages, farmers will have direct access to road linking to major cities, business will be opened along the road, have you ever travelled from Lagos to Enugu Via Asaba? Do you see the number of business on that road, people are employed and that road doesn't even have a beach, a beach.
