For lunch, I love to eat light so i won’t feel lazy or sleepy while I work.

Rice- ₦200 (the woman selling is so stingy with her rice)

Beef ₦100 and ponmo ₦ 50

I also bought some oranges to snack on. I make sure I take fruits everyday.

3 pieces of orange- ₦50

LUNCH TOTAL= ₦400

Tip: if you want to buy food always make sure you go with your own plate. Don’t allow them to serve you food in plastic bag or styrofoam

This N50 Kpomo be like N500 for here.

So I stay in gariki ABj, I buy food from faxx supermarket opp zone A legislative quarters.. anybody that stays around can relate shaa... Anyways. The goal is to survive..

Food should not be a problem in Africa. Especially Nigeria.

We need to go back to when foods like rice, beans, sweet potatoes, eggs, vegetables and the likes were considered common.

No wonder those guys are not complaining. you can hardly see N100 Bread in the south south of that size if you see it will be as small as puff puff, beans N300? dey enjoy. Meat N50? Cant happen, 3 oranges for 50 naira that one is impossible. I believe the way things cost here things never cost like that for the north if not Nigeria for don better because if this shege reach everywhere equally, everybody go overlook tribe and religion find real solution

I also live in the north, ensure to go for medical check up after eating those..you can also get a plate of food for 20 naira...but it depends on the quality...you can also get a bucket of rice for 200 naira, but it depends whether it is mixed with 5 liters of sand or not...
How can you be promoting a bread that is mixed with sawdust? You need to be arrested
