THERE IS NO GYM FOR YOUR FACE AND HEIGHT. MUSCLES WILL NOT MAKE YOU MAGICALLY HANDSOME AS A MAN

I find it funny that one of the most generic advice people give to men seeking to attract women is to just “hit the gym”

Muscles are only there to compliment the main attractive features you have (face, height and bone structure).
Muscles were never meant to be an attractive feature in on itself

And being a gym rat is peak male gaze.

There is a very low limit to the amount of muscle mass than women find attractive (female gaze)

Anything beyond this limit is just catering to the male gaze. As Lorenzo put it “when you go past a certain point, you’re just lifting for other men”

Now don’t get me wrong. I don’t want some double digit IQ member here to start attacking me by claiming that I’m castigating going to the gym

No. Going to the gym is a good thing.
Where the divide starts is why you’re doing it

Some men lift to burn fat and live a healthier life

Other lift because they think it’ll help them attract women (this is where the vast majority of men are)

If you’re lifting primarily for yourself and yourself alone, carry go my brother. Nothing do you.

But if you’re lifting for the primary purpose of attracting women, then it’s probably over for you…. Because you ought to be able to attract them without it in the first place

Like I said, it’s a complimentary feature and not a main one

Your muscles is an indicator that you can achieve something in your life , that you can be committed and not be flippant, that you can endure discomfort to reach your goals, that you can protect, that you can defend... You don't see the value of muscles because the situation doesn't call for it ... If we were in olden days and war starts you think a scrawny looking guy would be trusted to be able to defend anything ?

in my prime .. when gym was a morning and night thing, I go just notice say people dey stare at me. Not just babes, guys included.

Sometimes I go just dey walka for road lost in my thoughts only for people stares to shock me back to reality. I go come fold my arms make the biceps dey contracted 💪 as I dey punch on my phone screen.... Then give them an extra 10 to 15 seconds.. let them have their fill as they gaze upon my muscular Herculus-like bulky meaty frame, then I leave as soon as their 10 - 15 secs is up.

Me and my guy back then, Oscar, call this the 10 second free subscription view.

Everyone just loves a muscle tank. Both kids, seniors, and adults. Like, I get tired of being stared at.

Kids will be like, "uncle can I see your muscle?" I go now blow my biceps muscles for them. Them go happy

I walk by and I see other guys straighten up automatically lol. It's a big flex.

I remember walking into a lecture hall from the back door and was scanning the class in search of my guys only to notice that about 5 babes wey sidon directly opposite me de look me seriously.

As I scan the room my eyes move go their side all of them just bend head immediately begin look their books. Lol..

Women go just dey lean on you even if enof space dey on the seat. I actually stopped lifting and started doing more aerobics and boxing to stop gaining bulks.

Anybody that says the state of a man's body is not a big factor in the dating market is only fishing in a pool of women that are living on survival mode.
If a women can choose it will always be the man that can make her feel safe, and the night clubs don't hire muscular men like bouncers because they are retarded, that's because perception is everything.

For those of you that think growing muscle is just a swelling prank you have no idea what growing muscle does to a man's posture, his skin tone, his aura, and most importantly - his confidence,

and a confident man ALWAYS get the ladies, and if you think your money can give you the same kind of confidence a man gets from pushing his body to the limit, you are coming from a place of ignorance.
And when it's comes to confidence, a women can smell it from a mile away.

Every wonder why most rich married celebrities always cheat with their gym instructor?

the whole issue is all down to preferences, some women prefer big muscle men than skinny ones, just like some men like big women while others dont. the muscle issue is the same as the big nyansh/boobs issue... although they are irrelevant to a person's character, it makes the whole dating part more PLEASANT to whoever likes such features...

there is absolutely NO DIFFERENCE between a big muscle dude and a slender brotha... in dating terms. someone being "handsome/intelligent/fun etc" is irrelevant to how much muscle he got.
