But, after reading your posts from 2022, down to this week's last night. I trade just exactly how you trade, but mine is one the lower tf, while yours on the HTF, it's all good

You know I just started trading last night, so forgive me if I don't know what swing trading is. If you are willing to hold trade for long? Wouldn't it require higher stops than the average day traders? Dapo Willis even uses up to 100pips sometimes, peteregwu, Gabson etc.. Most professional swing traders rarely use any less than 40-50pips. I'm not talking about some wannabe swing trader here.

Lol. Again, you missed the point. Swing trading has nothing to do with wide sl. Your technicals determine that. The fact that you are looking at a weekly tf doesn’t mean your sl has to be 200pips. It solely depends on the type of system such trader uses. Some people risk 100pips to make 30pip(day trading style that will end in tears) , others 100pips to target 500.
Personally, I have taken swing trades that only required 20pips sl. Where and when you close determines if that trade is a swing.
Of course, you just started trading last night because I see no reason why you should understand the subject matter. A day trader that risks 60usd to make 50usd, is that one a trader?
