So Nigeria is so much a failed state that the police can no longer investigate, arrest and prosecute high profile crimes anymore but tag it to a group? So if a person wants to rob a bank in east now they will put on Biafra color and police will run away and say they are UGM or in west dressed like Fulani they will run and say it’s herdsmen or in the north put on long beards like boko haram etc….this is sad that Nigeria is now a failed state under a man the enemies of Nigeria said he built Lagos
Is that why u put on boko Haram dress and using it for atrocities animal.

Initial gra gra..this can only be done in the South east

What exactly have they now done that can only be done in the South East? Set up checkpoints? SMH. We are barely a month on from the Okuama tragedy, is the current response anywhere close to what was done in Okuama? You enjoy feeling like a victim because in your mind that makes you special. Is that not so?

Lol.

Coward soldiers guess they ran away when the real fight came knocking on the 30th only to come back after to intimidate innocent civilians..

This act have always been their mode operandi..

They can't stand their feet and fight with their fellow armed men na armless civilians them they show their own power on..

Useless organisation!!
Let your brave ugm come out now and face the army. Or the ogogoro ragtag bandits can only hide behind civilians?

How about the numerous IDP camps littered around in the north, dont they have the presence of the military over there?🤷‍♂️

Exactly the point! If not for the military, terrorists that Northerners initially support would have overran the country. They supported them at first, now they have IDP camps over there, same awaits the East in a few years time if they keep supporting terrorists. Can your brain process this?

Why not the North too?
The Nigerian Army is a formidable source that specializes in reprisal attacks
...but when it comes to the North everything goes South.

The killers and terrorists have done theirs and fled, now it's market people and children that are bearing the brunt.
The north does not come online to celebrate and support the killings of soldiers

The same region hailing Israel when Gaza was being bombed because of small groups called HAMAS are the same people shouting victims. Your intentionally killed soldiers and thinks you can sleep with two eyes close. Nigerian Air Force should level every standing building in Abia until those ragtag terrorists are fish out. Since over 70% of that region supported terrorists, let them face the consequences.

They always exagerate insecurity in South East and South South as if it's a no go area in order to thwart economic activities, just the way they did in Delta State that made all IOC's to leave Delta to Lagos....

Typical response from an IPOB supporter. You know the group that did it, yet you want to downplay it and make it seem like the military is being aggressive.

If soldiers were killed, it's a military case, not a police case and vice versa. One day, those of you supporting terrorists online will meet your waterloo... And I hope you know most of those killed are Igbos? You guys are just self-destructing...

And most of the people killed in the north are also Northerners so you mean that said is family affair? When it happened at Banex the NA closed Banex where the crime was committed not diff.location.......so why are they closing market in Aba..was the crime committed in the he market?

we are a people are defeated and conquered in a war,so that is what we will expect, but why are the military venting there anger on innocent civilians?are their commanders so dumb not to realize that a static check point in a hostile volatile area cannot be defended from a sustained attack, using sandbags and sticks to block road now as a security measure is as obsolete as using a Dane gun in today's conflicts zone, they need to think out of the box and do better,RIP to the fallen.

Nigerian Army are just bunch cowards who only flex muscles where unarmed civilians are. Last December I was driving through South East, because I don't know the road very well, was using Google map, the map led me through areas between Imo and Anambra states where the ESN were controlling a landmass equivalent to 3 LGAs, these boys had their own sophisticated weapons mounted roadblocks everywhere, we had to meet upto 10 of their checkpoints before we crossed the area. Most residents has abandoned the area for them, because for almost an hour we met almost no other vehicle or people, it was a sign of burnt police vehicle that alerted us that the area was not safe. The most intriguing thing is that just less than 100 meters after their last checkpoint we met an Army battalion with soldiers swarming everywhere, it was obvious that they had abandoned that swathes of land to those gun men out of fear of confronting them. Anambra and Imo States are now divided between Nigerian forces and unknown Gun men because Nigerian Soldiers are cowards, I'm sure that is same thing happening in North East. Now the Gun men came out struck and killed their men, what they started doing is just flexing muscles around unarmed civilians but they definitely know the areas the armed men are camped but they can't go and confront them because those boys are their Nightmares
