Tareq1105:The problem of many of you is that you were born, bred and have lived for too long in the bush to have any sense of civility. You were asked a simple question in a civilised manner, you answered like a pig that you are. Does it not occur to you that there are actually many people on top of women across Nigeria everytime the anthem is sung? Dindinrin ni e, o l'opolo. 2 Likes |

This is funny 😂 I like this woman. This is how this government is meant to be insulted and ignored. Of all the 99 problems this present Government of Nigeria has brought, it's changing the National Anthem that was his major priority. Good riddance. |

valentineuwakwe: Was that the reason for her sitting down? Why are you trying to defend the indefensible. She sat down in protest which is very unpatriotic, even if you don't like the government of the day. |

NaijaCrusader: Well let me take you down memory lane. The last time there was a Nationwide protest where Youths of Nigeria came out in mass to face the government and demand for good governance was during the #EndSars in 2020. Top Celebrities, Top Activists, Youths both unemployed and employed all came out to demand for good governance. Well, we all know how it ended on the 20th of October, 2020 at the Lekki Toll- Gate in Lagos owned by your now President. Lights where put off and the Military who took an oath to protect the lives of citizens were ordered to pull the trigger and kill innocent peaceful citizens of Nigeria that night. So many innocent lives were lost that night. The Military was killing them and throwing their bodies into the lagoon and were also throwing some into the Military van to go and exume. The instruction was "LEAVE NO TRACES". Because of this DJ Switch is still in hiding till date for having the courage to video cover the sad event that night and share on Social media. But hey, your military came out to say the video coverage was Photoshop😂 You forget so easily. So many families right now have not still recovered from the incident because their family members were among the victims. All fingers pointed at your now President. But hey, some still went ahead to bring him into power. But hey, we would pretend like all that never happened and go with the popular opinions of yours that Nigerians do not stand up to the government. |

osmosis101: No way. She was exercising her freedom of speech. There is no where or place under the law that stipulated standing, sitting or placing one's arm on the chest or any other place when national anthem is played. Everyone has the right to recite or not to recite an anthem or pledge of alligience It is all about freedom of speech enshrined in many countries constitution. No lawyer or even the federal government to prosecute her, anything outside this is harassment. The only record to stand when an anthem was played was during Nebuchadnezzar failure to stand attracts penalty of painful death, still three Hebrews refused to do so. People got to know their right and not follow the crowd. |

A rare kinda woman. Not too many like you as a Nigerian. Without the consent of Nigerians whom those in government claim to be serving, you change a national anthem that we grew up to know all our lives. Who is now serving who? This national anthem is imposed on Nigerians and would take another 50 years to learn. Amidst banditry, fuel hike and scarcity, naira depreciation, unbearable soaring cost of food and electronics and incessant insecurity this is what our government finds best to occupy themselves with. If I get the slightest opportunity I'll not stand and would not sing rubbish. |

No need for her to stand she is wizard we know and very bittered and frustrated animal. She is jobless and have low life frustrated animals like her always focus on unecessary issue to seek relevancy where their is none. This idiot misled EndSars comrades into their untimely death and according to our research no single person from her family participated in the Endsars talkless of arrested or died but this bastard Delilah want more death so she can suck more blood and started shouting revelution. God punish you Aisha. |

Thundafireseun: Coming front the law and the 1999 constitution as amended. There is no where it was captured that all must stand whenever a National anthem is being recited. It was as a result of students standing during their morning devotion made it look like you must stand to recite. Besides, the newly introduced anthem will take years to master and not some to learn in weeks. Madam Aisha is an activist and no law forbids her as she stands on her fundamental human right to decide what she likes and not what she doesn't not. Law can only go after her if she tries to stop them from singing the anthem. I don't see the reason for you to come out here t spew garbage from your gutter. Go and learn dude |

I don't blame you, when you eat from your anus and excret from your mouth, you are tailored to spew stinking rubbish just because you want to be relevant. I'm not the cause of your frustrations |
