Badguy77: Go to Obasanjo Farm and see the number of Transformers he kept there before he left office for the use of his farms and business places. His Presidential Library, as we were told was a national project. Nigerians built that Library to completion. Today, it's known as Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, OOPL. I don't know any corruption that's more than this. Go there to see the prices of the rooms in the Hotel. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Obasanjo's inconclusive efforts to restructure Nigeria politically when he was president is the killer punch of today in Nigeria. Obasanjo was handed over a military constitution, military political structure, military governance system, and above all, 12 states raped the same constitution by adoption of sharia criminal laws under Obasanjo government but he also looked the other way by calling it political sharia. Return True and Fiscal federalism to Nigeria or go back to the regional government system, or zonal government system. No messiah of a leader can emerge for Nigeria from the present political structure and governance system of Nigeria. |

ogododo: How do we re-evaluate the world? What do we do? ----- Prof Gambo L. Abdullahi. Do what other continents and countries did in the past to achieve nationhood and citizens' prosperity. Avoid the dishonest belief that one day, a messiah of a leader shall emerge from the extant political structure and governance system of Nigeria. That's like waiting for Godot. Alternative is do what Europe did after the fall of the Berlin Wall when European politicians tactfully aided the division of the multi ethnic and multi religious countries that once existed in Europe into more manageable countries; because they knew that such multi ethnic and multi religious countries do not normally succeed. Divide Nigeria into more manageable countries. |

youngrichnigga: They will always be motivational, once out of Power yet they had all the opportunities to make Nigeria Great then but failed woefully. -Why was the Refineries refused to work and they were all not ready to even have 1- Functional Refineries, when ONLY Nigeria was the OPEC Members, who was still Importing -Refined -Products. -Just listening to Alh. Dangote and his statement was super - 'many in Power- especially Africans ,were benefitting from Fuel Imports- as they were not ready to Develop their Country! |

I bought a basket of tomatoes 2-3 months ago for #8500 . We know you hate the president no matter what he does you’ll still hate him stop using tomatoes as excuse. 1 Like |

JagabanB: Why are you such a big distortionist and pathetic propagandist liar? As a private sector PDP capitalist, Obasanjo administration replaced Nigeria Airways with Virgin Nigeria without spending money but made money instead, just as it did with the deregulation of the telecom sector. He also privatised the refineries to Dangote and Otedola. 17 years after he left office, Obasanjo capitalist PDP approach has been vindicated by the operations of Dangote refinery. 1 Like 2 Shares |

youngrichnigga: Exactly. Where was state policing under OBJ and where was his fundamental reform of our archaic and inadequate security architecture? Where was greater regional autonomy, crucial to the development of Nigeria, under OBJ? Where was the effort, as Tinubu is doing now, to empower local government and make them vital change agent they can be towards Nigeria becoming a developed nation? Can we talk about how subsidy scamming of Nigeria, that Tinubu has now bravely tackled, was highest under OBJ and literally creating subsidy scam billionaires daily? I could go on all day suffice to say this is why many, especially intellectual and discerning Nigerians, despise OBj. They find his hypocrisy nauseating as he did not touch a single fundamental reform, when Nigeria needed so many under him, yet he is always critical of every successor after him. Very selfish and egotistic man who wants everything to be about him and him alone. 3 Likes |
