A handful of some unknown people cannot speak for the millions of Lagosians.

If Lagosians however want otherwise, so be it.
You cannot force anybody!

At this point you need to speak only for your region I just mentioned Lagos case as an example

Judging on your stance you are from the SS region and you do mention nobody will force anybody to belong anywhere
