Hello everyone.

Please I need counsel.

I'm a nurse aspiring to relocate to the UK. I've written the major exams (ielts and CBT) but ever since then jobs have not been forth coming... I'm left with the option of self sponsorship, of which have not been easy carrying out cause of funds. I've solicited for funds from friends or even loan but none was successful. I'm so sad and depressed because it took a lot of efforts to get to this point. Even getting a sponsor at least help with accommodation to reduce cost is still not possible. Many of my colleagues already started making advancement in their career but I'm just stucked. I have cried my eyes I'm just a young girl that wants to make ends meet with no body to support... I'm considering forgetting about relocation even with the efforts. I need help 😭

Police character certificate: from police headquarters in ur state..

Proof of funds: U said maintenance was ticked so u don't need proof of funds...but if u have the money in your account, submit it

Marriage certificate and proof of address like utility bills or bank statement showing the address...

Passport and other national ID card


TB test , No need of police report, Their passports, birth certificate from National population council...
.if the birth certificates were not issued close to the date of their birth , u need to back the NPC birth certificate up with hospital birth certificate, a long side birth records, like birth cards, from a hospital issued on their day of birth...

same document as ur children will be needed.....
Note very well ooo: .....ukvi will only approve the 16 year old's visa if u have any of the 3 conditions....
A) your husband has sole custody document from the court that shows he has full custody of the girl...if the the document u have is recent.. ukvi will refuse the application....

B) death certificate...this means the mother of the girl is dead and has only her father to care for her.....this is straight forward.

C) a strong proof shes better with her father and has no where else to stay....(it could be medical, could be social reasons ...it shaa has to be compelling

It should be quite straightforward. If you have your COS assigned, on page 2 of your COS, you'll see the portion that says - is your job on the current immigration salary list. Y or N would be selected - implying Yes or No

Hello everyone,

Trust we are doing great, Please I need your input on this.
My DCoS was assigned to me on April 3 from an NHS Trust, a day before the recent new policies were put in place.
The SOC code on my CoS, issued on April 3, 2024, is 2217 for medical radiographers. However, when I attempted to apply for VISA on April 4, 2024, I discovered that this code is no longer valid. The UKVI website indicates that the SOC codes were updated on April 4, 2024, and the new code for medical radiographers is 2254.
Furthermore, while my job was confirmed to be on the current shortage occupation list as of the CoS issue date, the shortage occupation list has since been replaced with the Immigration Salary List on April 4, 2024. And the job (2254 - medical radiographers) is not on the Immigration Salary List.

Will these require them to just indicate the new changes in the sponsor note section of my CoS or will the CoS be cancelled and requested for again ?
As I researched online and saw that if there are any errors in Occupational SOC code on CoS, it's a major mistake and it needs to be cancelled. But this isn't a mistake and I don't know what to think

I have emailed the employer to inform them about these changes and advise on how to proceed but they are slow in responding
