court judgement supersedes an injunction in the same case. If a judge gives an injunction against you and ends up entering final judgement in your favour, the judgement automatically vacates the injunction. I wonder how you guys believe a judgement from a seperate suit vacates a subsisting order before another judge. Wike knows he will lose that case or at worse, the case will linger until fubara exhausts his first term. That's why he is throwing of this punch.

You will bring an expert, witness and every means necessary to prove it. Fubara won't have acted immediately. He would have allowed to show more evidence of detection. At this point mere verbal declaration isn't a sufficient evidence.
