I am with his family. I traveled to Ibadan to be with them for support. And they are caring for me, my health hasn’t been the best with all this stress.
& you’re right. He is naive. I’m not perfect but he has a good, loyal, employed and committed woman in front of him and he tosses me for 20 years old girls that worship him cause he’s “an artist”.
Still I’m sad, depressed and I feel thrown away like a piece of trash.

😁😁😁…I’ll hear from him first. No man throws away what brings him peace. But let’s be patient. I’ll communicate with him.

I’m not expecting anyone to help me on here. I’m just In shock honestly.

You will overcome the shock eventually, our world of today has changed greatly and life is increasingly unfair and selfish and I am always on the lookout and find it hard to trust people. A friend of mine abandoned his Nigerian wife with two kids to run off with a black American lady about 10 years ago, they both live in Indianapolis today.

I give him peace but he keeps bringing different little girls around and then of course, what woman will give a man like that peace. He gives me stress, I stress him. He wants me to look the other way is the problem. But I’m not that kind of woman. I give 100% loyalty, so I want that back. You can’t have girls calling his phone at midnight, I can’t be finding girls on IG
Wearing clothes that I
Bought for him. He disrespects me repeatedly and I forgive and he does more the next time then tells me I’m crazy when I act out. He’s toxic. All capitals toxic

We are not married. He went to South Africa for 3 weeks to get his visa settled, said he’s be back and we will get married, then both relocate to SA together THEN apply for his US visa. Now he’s been gone 3 months next week and I was told last night that he’s not coming back and to marry his brother if I want to marry someone
Mind you, we were fine, making plans and on good terms with each other & our plans until I stumbled on a girl he befriended there about 2-3 weeks ago. Since then, I guess he’s decided he’s not coming back for me. I have no idea what changed him from I love you to, im not coming back and telling me to marry his brother.
He is a music “artist” by the way. He uses his music that he makes zero money from to get females.
I’m so done. I’m very very close to getting him deported from SA.

It's so sad that ladies will ignore and snub sensible young men and foolishly accept useless boys who hide their uselessness in "I am a music artist, I am into entertainment, I will soon blow as soon as I finish mastering my hit song, bla bla bla"

Any lady that loves guys into entertainment is done for, she will definitely end up with the wrong guys.

Good and homely Nigerian guys are hardly into entertainment. You can mostly find them on general forums like this not on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram showcasing their six packs and fine boyness.

Most of these ladies see the red flag long time ago and deliberately choose to ignore them. If a family member of mine abandon her career to go after a man or woman, I will cut that individual off.

I gave up everything I own and moved here from the states to marry my Nigerian man and build a new life with him. We were long distance for 2 years and I’ve now lived here 2.5 years. We’ve been on/off/on/off most of the time I’ve lived here.
Now finally, we had a come to Jesus with each other and decided to marry, relocate to South Africa and apply for him to live in the US. He left going to SA, saying he’s coming back in 3 weeks. 3 weeks has now turned to 3 months. & now, yesterday he told me he’s not coming back. He said he’s not marrying me and I should marry his eldest brother if I want to marry.
So now I sit here in SHOCK….
I honestly don’t know what to do. His family is also shocked.
While he’s there, a few weeks ago, I caught him with a girl on IG, which he denies.
We’ve had our ups and downs but I honestly never thought he would outright abandon me in Nigeria while he goes to another country. What kind of person does this
I’m still trying to pick myself up off the floor.

& before you say scam. I felt like I knew him since being together for 4 years, I believe he truly loved me but something happened since he went to SA. Maybe the girl I found him with or maybe he just decided he doesn’t want me after all. And that’s fine but this isn’t the way you leave someone, abandoning them in Nigeria.
Luckily for me, his family is supportive and helpful.
Otherwise I’d be 100% lost.
I’m just venting because honestly I’m in shock & hurting.

That's very bad of him.
Those are the kind of monsters that paint other people bad.
Try picking up yourself and move on.
You'd get over him.

Yes. I have learned a very very big lesson in my life. I can hardly return home in shame. I may even go to another country and start a new life by myself. It’s hard but thankfully I have my own money. I’m not rich but I can at least sustain myself.
I will probably never trust another man again, I’m so broken and damaged this moment. There’s lots of evil people walking on this earth. I’m just naive I guess that someone can do this to me, someone that I gave my all plus some too.

You’re correct. He does not get any money from music. I honestly don’t know where he gets his money from. He’s quite secretive about his life but I know enough to get him
Deported from SA which is my next move soon after I depart Nigeria. I want to move on and I will but I also need him to feel The pain he has caused me. His family is supporting me but they also know I will turn him To the SA authorities so I have to be careful.
At the end of he day, we only have ourselves I have learned. It’s just scary in Nigeria for someone like me. I’m not a street person or a hustler. I work and take care of myself and man when I had one.
I’ll be ok. It’ll take time.
I appreciate everyone’s kind words and encouragement.

He has broken the law. He has a fake $4000 SA visa. That’s a very good reason to deport him, especially a Nigerian will get beat then deported.
& normally I would cut my loss and move on but this time, I gave too much and got shitted on too many times. I want him to hurt too. For example, before I moved here, I sent him 8m to find a place for us to live in lekki. He had his own money too but I definitely did a lot for us.

OMG! This is horrendous. Dude is a scammer and now I really do feel for you.

What were you thinking about spending such an ungodly amount of money an a guy in a relationship? I now see reason your family members may be mad at you, they had tried to get you to cut off the relationship and you ignored their concerns?

I am in support of anyways you can make his life miserable. In a relationship, the biggest red flag is a guy asking for money. Go for him and hopefully you are able to get your life together.
