Some of these statements are simply a way to scapegoat Igbo people. Restructuring of Nigeria is not to be done for Igbo people. It is for Nigerian goods. I don't trust Edwin Clark statement because it might be a setup against Igbo people.
It appear that anytime Nigerian want something, they will put Igbo people in the forefront and after Igbo people have lost their life, they will find solution and then blame igbos for it.
So, I kindly do not subscribe to Edwin Clark remarks where he seem to have made Igbo injustice the centre of his request.
Igboland is currently passing through a difficult phase and we do not want further aggravation.

I thought all of you were blind to the fact that politicians are now using your negative behaviors to advance their personal agendas. By the time una eye clear, you people will be far behind. Mark my words

Why are this people so naive? Should we always ignore competence and do favorite?

If 6 isn’t enough for south east, how many has he appoint in south south?

Let’s build on who is good. Not just about tribe.

But same Igbo are trying to hold Niger delta people down.
Nonsense talk, how are the Igbos holding the Niger Delta down? The last time I checked, Igbos are not governors in Niger Delta nor the president of Nigeria.

You are only deceiving yourself and your tribe.
There is no first class attributes in you people.
Acclaimed first class that can't develop their land but spread and scatter to north and west to survive
Like the Chinese that scatter all over Africa right? Does that make Africa better than China?

They come to take advantages you are blinded to right under your bed. Open your eyes and see opportunities, stop being jealous of them.

No hard feeling!
i can't understand how an intelligent person while say Ibos are being marginalized as in how??
were they prevented from contesting any position??
were they denied voting rights??
do they think the apex position is filled by nomination thereby sidelining the ibos??
why are they always playing victim?? why??

if a ibo choose to contest for the presidential post today he will be beyond lucky to get 80% support of govs & legislative members from ibo states.
so why blaming others?? when you are yet to unite yourself??

"only a fool will share country with people of sad waste", but here you are on their land in your millions sharing their space with them. I have never seen people so myopic as those Biafran separatists, imagine you guys granted your Biafran wish today, you will automatically become foreigners in that southwest and those opportunities as compatriots who can dwell and do business anywhere in the federation will be lost. It's only those who have nothing to lose are propagating this Biafra nonsense.

🤣😂. Yes please, the igbos can go to hell. They are a cancer tribe in Nigeria. Their people fill jails in many far east Asian countries for drugs smuggling. Their zone is run by thugs, vagabonds and hooligans. Average Igbo man does not respect the law or wants to obey it. They are born criminals. So to hell with the most evil, bastardly and cannibal tribe of Africa. You are not wanted.

The 5-states only political structure left in the SE zone is a typical signature left by Sani Abacha during his own state creation exercise needs to be addressed first. Thereafter, adequate political representation for Ndiigbo in the National Assembly for political restructuring begins, and whatever political structure and governance system that emerge become authentic.

Unfortunately Nigeria's attempt to hold Igbos down eventually led to Nigeria holding itself down. We have not made any meaningful progress as a nation and we are even more divided today.
Obasanjo was the only true pan Nigerian president who brought in many Nigerians from all tribes to serve and that was why his government was a success compared to the failures that came after him. The present government is the worst followed by the one it replaced when it comes to nepotism that is why they are falling in everything.

how was obj successful? please enumerate

Tinubu should encourage regional government and give the rights to regions to expel & deport.

I can assure you while SW will become USA, the North Dubai and SS - Brazil.....

A region will be so worse off that it will be a Republic of Criminals, Prostitutes and Cannibals.

I can bet anything. 💯 cheesy
Why ss -brazil
Abeg that region is more than that. If given autonomy, it will look more of Dubai and USA combine.

No injustice against ibos!
Clark is a talking nonsense.

However, I will advocate the secession clause to be inserted in the constitution.
Any section that wants to pull out is free.

Enough of influx of ibos into the South west.
They are destroying our infrastructures and values, and they add no values to our regional economy.

Was he trying to say injustice against South East is when an ibo man was not elected into the presidential office?

If igbos want to be a president, they need to come with clean hands, associate with other tribes and stop thinking that they're above other tribes when in reality they're the lowest of all.

They always think that they're smart with their lousy attitudes when reverse is the case with them.

They don't want to work with other tribe they believe they can do it all alone by themselves how is that even smart and possible?

if there is any tribe with superiority complex, it is the Yorubas, and their unending envy and hatred against igbos. AirPeace used Isiagu as their uniform you people called igbos countless names, but when Azman air hostesses used Hijab we didn't hear anything from you.

The issue with igbos is that we don't like being treated like slaves or subservient to anyone, we believe all men are equal so that stubbornness is why condescending tribes like you guys see us as thinking we are above others.

An Afenifere chieftain man a rediculous restructuring proposals that forcefully put Lagos, ekiti, Oyo, Ondo, Ogun and Osun together including Yorubas in Kwara and Kogi into one region.

But he did not put Anambra, Enugu, Abia, Ebonyi, Imo, Igbos of Rivers and Anioma people into one region. Instead he balkanized them because he wants Igbos to lose control of their gas reserves. He even removed Ohaji/Egbema and carved them to south south.

Such unbridled covetousness, arrogance and hypocrisy!
If you put Itshekiri into a Yoruba region, you must create Ohimini state for Idoma and put it in an Igbo region.

Removing Orueast, Oruwest and Ohaji-Egbema local government areas from Imo state and putting them into a babel of tongues Southsouth zone is a hight of barbarian nature of that man with his proposal.
