Fineman2:Those defending him are mostly from the south east, they don't understand what we call diplomacy and politeness. Osimehn has lost my respect and love I have for him. He forgot how Nigerians fought for him for African player of the year. Osimehn has not kicked a ball for Nigeria since the start of the world cup qualifiers . Edited: For those innocent and reasonable South Easterners who have been hurt by my comments here, please I tender my sincere apologies. But for those toxic ones on Nairaland and others who are quoting and raining curses, you're only doing it to your own hurt bcs bcs everything is returning back to you. You've now proved me right that, you people don't understand diplomacy and politeness, you went about insulting a whole region for good 8yrs bcs the president you love to hate came from there, and now you've started it again against another region bcs of the same reason. Check yourselves if others in this country were like you people, Nigeria would have been burnt down. But I tell you people, Nigeria would survive and God would put all the haters to shame. I went through various social media yesterday about Osimehn show of shame, and I was shocked for what some people were saying and when I checked the names and Bio, I wasn't surprised anymore. I thought the young man should have been rebuked and corrected, bcs he can still make his own side of the story known politely. Like seriously Who be Osimhen self..him don baff Osimhen was unborn when legends like Finidi George were making Nigeria the talk of world football...in the late 90's and 2000s, if you introduced yourself in Africa and Europe as a Nigerian, Finidi George was mentioned alongside Okocha, Amokachi, Nwankwo Kanu and co. They gave us hugs with so much respect, if its in a bar they'd pay for your drinks just for being a fellow Nigerian like Finidi and co that etertained the world with great football. Finidi was rated as the best number 7 in the world Osimhen should keep quiet, keep calm and remain focused to get to the level of our greats of yesteryears, otherwise his mouth will lead to .. When I mentioned Osimhen's arrogance in an earlier thread, not disputing the fact that he's a very good player, some fooollls here were abusing their papa thinking that they were abusing me. Finidi bleeped up by calling the boy out but it never warrants him to abuse him and Nigerians who stood by him when he was racially abused by his club. Can he try that nonsense on any of his club coaches no matter how small the club might be. Do you think that an Arteta after watching his outbursts, will come for him. What do you mean by saying "are only achievements of Victor" if its achievements victor is still very young to do more than him. If an elder has done what is wrong, his still wrong. The only TWO reasons victor would apologize is i personally think he went a little too far and Secondly is Age just the Age not the achievements as you have written down above. This comparison is needless. Finidi is a coach, Osimhen is a player. Finidi was wrong to have singled out Osimhen for S/Eagles woes. As the coach, he should have taken responsibility.
