Depends on what you're earning. Its 25% of your current salary excluding peculiar allowance.

If 25% of your salary is up to 20k then that it and if it’s more than you’re like getting more

It's not necessarily so. Don't forget that your tax and pension contribution would automatically increase too.

Even the salary there is all those deductions na… it’s 25% of gross income not net income.. I stand to be corrected though

In plain terms, when the 25% is implemented, check your payslip you'd see that the deductions amounts have increased too.

We are saying the same thing sir..
If I’m collecting #10 and my deduction is 10% which is #1 take home is #9
When 30% is added to my salary
I’ll be collecting #13 and my deduction will be #1.3
But my take home will still be reflecting increment of 30% which is #11.7 which is exactly 30% of #9

Hi! I just started working for inec early this year and they paid for Eid-ul fitr allowance around March ending but I'm surprised they haven't paid for the coming Eid allowance. Are they going to pay or not?
I just wanna know.
