Govt won't demolish any public place without giving prior notice for evacuation.
They might give short notice, say 1 week or even less but then, this man shouldn't make it look like govt just woke up and start demolition.

Stop impersonating Igbos on this forum.
lol..if he feels mentally enslaved to igbos why try to stop him? Somebody that believes in his heart so much that his tribe is inferior to igbos and goes online too bearing igbo names just shows he sees his tribe as bunch of failures and now indirectly adores igbos

Anambra Igbo see Ebonyi Igbo as a second class citizens. That's one thing that can never happen in Yoruba land. There is no second class citizens In yoruba land. We are all equal.

DIVINEEVIDENCE:
How people buy lands and develop properties on illegal spaces is what I don't understand.

Was in a community the other day and saw some buildings erected on flood plains with fences barricading the water path.

How do some Nigerians even reason?

If a government comes up tomorrow and marks the building for demolition, they'll start crying wolf.

You cannot blame the people. The government has failed to have a free and accessible GIS for lands.

If were to buy land in the US today, all I need is the address and I can tell “REAL OWNER” and see all details and boundaries about property.

If Nigeria had such database. You cannot sell a government property to anyone, or even forcefully intrude into someone’s property.

You can package and sell any property in Nigeria without being the owner. Even verifying in state secretariat’s cost money. 2 years ago, I paid 300k for verification. No receipt or document. Just to verify survey and boundaries.

So tell me, do you still blame the people?

Why do Yorubas always like to demolish Igbo properties? You demolished their properties in Lagos, still demolished their properties in Enugu. IGBO’s should stop investing in Enugu and think home

You might as well repeat those insults to your parents...

They didn't raise you properly.

If they did, you will know better than to reply comments with insults.

Tell your parents that Seun, dominique, nlfpmod and the other moderators of Nairaland are disappointed at them for not raising you up properly.

And for your information, I am not Igbo and I am not from the South East.
