The court said they wouldn't repeal the new emirate law because they can't but that Yusuf should have first vacated the contentious court order.
So actions taken after the court order should be put on hold till the court order is properly vacated.
So Sanusi will have to stand aside, but Bayero isn't returning till the legal process is fulfilled in bringing in Sanusi properly.
Bayero wasn't brought back.

Yusuf wasn't patient enough to setting a trap and getting a valid allegation against Bayero , thereby making the impeachment a mere personal joke.

This not the case, splitting the emirate into 5 is the law that was repealed and the 5 Emirs go with the repeal. That's why the house must not bring allegations or investigate anything.

Ask yourself, why was the one Emirate split into 5, was it because of Sanusi? No. There was no reason, same as there can't be a reason for repealing the law.

If Sanusi was dethroned and he felt aggrieved and didn't do anything about it, that is his own problem.

Bayero has every right to approach the courts if his rights has been infringed upon and no emotional blackmail from your likes will take that right away from him because it is his fundamental right. Bayero has not done anything illegally.

1) FYI, no governor can dethrone an Emir without a just cause and try to get that into your head.
2) The Emirship is not subject to the whims and caprices of any governor.
3) Bayero is a free citizen and has every right to approach the courts if his rights has been infringed upon
