TheGoodJoe:. Baba please eΓ© don do, Nigeria's football is in state of coma needing spiritual or medical deliverance but here we are talking about Spain that does not know whether we exist. Throughly we may not be part of policy formulation in the glass house, yet I have the inkling that one very important moniker on this thread is unverified member of the glass house who can take some good advice to his members and instead of writing about how to move Nigeria's football forward, we are are talking how to play, please baba let us play anyhow to win rather than some fanciful football that leaves the word "had I know" in bitter mouth. Initially I hated jpes for his haramic football but now my eyes don clear per say, him use the players to their strength. We are not playing Spain anytime soon so let the dragon rest for a while, 6 Likes |

MetalJigsaw:. 60% percent of the blame should go to Osimhen but 40% should go to that journalist who pushed out the fake news. I seriously don't know why people are not screaming sensorship or outright ban for a willy-nilly journalist or the means by which he put out his fake news. 5 Likes |

villagereporter: The point is improvement. At the moment, our midfield is dross and for years, since Rohr, we have not progressed as a playing unit. You can decide to grow or keep staying stagnant going the way of Rohr and Peseiro. I saw we work towards improvement and working towards the possession game mastery is the approach. 1 Like |

villagereporter: Peseiro did not use the players to their strength, that why Iwobi was not performing at his normal level and Onyedika was on the bench. Park bus is not growth or strength in anyway. Is sticking players in the box and hoping results go your way. In the end, years to come, the team can't play. Sooner the team gets exposed. |

TheGoodJoe: Parking the bus got Morocco to the semi-final of the World Cup, if that's not growth, I wonder what it is. Oga joe perish that thought abeg. Morrocco did not start playing football yesterday, they've been knocking the ball around for donkey years but never got past the first round. Parking the bus elevated their football profile, simple. |

TheGoodJoe: we don't have the players. Tell me that super eagle player that can take the initiative to change the course of a game by charging at the opposition, the answer is none, that's why we keep struggling against so-called minnows, the last time I saw such a player was Victor Moses. The only person that can do something similar now is an osihmen. All these Onyedika and co you keep mentioning don't have it in them, we are trying to force players to do what's not in them. I am sorry you don't know better than rohr or Paseiro, they know Nigeria doesn't have such players. Before 2018 world cup rohr lamented the absence of midfielders in Nigeria soccer in an interview, we all thought he was giving excuses for failure not knowing he was damn right. Let's be humble and start saying the truth, we no get players. |

TheGoodJoe: Lol I'm the one that missed something. The NFF said they were getting a foreign technical director and then Collin Udoh said that was the reason Finidi quit. So now I'm kind of lost as to why Finidi will quit if it wasn't him they were planning to replace. 2 Likes |

BascoVanVeli: Actually, Technical Advisor. We used to have head coach and technical adviser in our coaching setup. Westerhoff was coach while Bonfere Jo was tech adviser. Keshi was coach while Sylvanus Okpala (Assistant coach/ but played the technical adviser role. More like the team Tactician. The problem is, who is boss. Bring in a Foreign tech adviser means tampering with Finidi's coaching crew and likely give more decision making power to the tech adviser. It is a discussion that should have included Finidi's input and opinion. Technical Advisers are different from technical directors. |

Fantastic game of football from both Ukraine and Slovakia. Brilliant open game and passes. Ukraine looked the better side and glad they edged it to win. |
