Let me ask u,but use sponsor,so how much is ur sponsor contribute towards the trip? and how come u said u want to spend 3.5m? |

onile1975:I'm into thrift wears in bales. I only registered my name in personal TAX so I have Tin certificate only. But in my business I have not register it with federal inland revenue yet because I just see it as nothing since I'm not going for business visa. But I have company account but I did not use it for d visa application only my saving account where I do save money I used for d UK. |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by giselle237: 11:22am On Jun 25 |
Kossyfelicia:Calm down. It doesnāt make sense and would not make sense to any ECO. There is too much information pouring which the ecos would just not want to understand and then deny u first. If you say you are self employed then that is an employment. If u state annual of 4.5m, that means monthly you are making 375,000 ngn. Same you again says ur monthly expenditure is 220k or so. That means ur disposable income is around 150k With a disposable income of 150k u cnt afford the holiday. They are also not going to be convinced as to why 2 other adults need to be bringing millions of naira for u to go on a 7 or 10 day trip to UK. U need to look very well at the optics.. sorry probabilities.. ECO looks at the probabilities as to why you would be given the visa and why you would come back. In all u have said, I canāt even convince myself, talk more of how to convince you or even a visa officer m. So take things easyā¦ and start from somewhere |

giselle237:read my post well sir. I did not said the deny me based on the budget money I filled, I said the mistake Is from the 45m I attached my Refusal letter in my post so u can read it. As for the sponsor anyone can sponsor u nah as far as you have strong ties abi. My Bix and my daughter is my ties here. Just want to have more ideas that's why I posted what happened. If my disposable income is 1.8m annual for instance. Shey I can have a sponsor too nah to support me with funš¤£So explain more on this one u said with 150k I can't afford it even when my sponsor are ready to sponsor. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by giselle237: 3:02pm On Jun 25 |
Kossyfelicia:I do not think you are ready to be a serious applicant. Feel free to reapply with the way you are going and I can bank on your 2nd refusal because you do not understand what it means on a balance of probabilitiesā¦ Your child is an adult according to the age you have written previously and can barely be a ātieā Your business you claim is also faulty and can not afford your holiday as your disposable income is only 150k monthly ā¦ why would they give you a visa when you can not show working? Why would they grant you a visa when you need your elder sister and your uncle to both combine and come and sponsor you the full grown adult ? Until you answer this question, thatās when I would know you are ready. I have taken my time to draw up your disposable income from your now acclaimed annual income of 4.5m and NOT 45m.. instead it is all a joke to you as anyone can sponsor you. It is well. Goodluck in your application of sponsors and sponsorers |

giselle237:if I'm not ready to learn so why I'm I herrš¤·āāļøš¤£. I said I earn 4.5m annual income in my annual I made a mistake by filling 45m because I use naira to fill my form. Secondly where d ECO was emphasising is the 45m I filled not my sponsor matter or home tiles. Read my Refusal again here and see d mistake

Hello house, My body itches as we speak and I just need some sort of calm. What precedes an approval or denial? Iām catching a whiff that if the pick up email comes first before a decision email, youāre likely approved. If the decision email comes first, youāre denied. I got the dispatch email first, then pick up afterwards from TLS. No decision email from anywhere. Help a fainting soulā¦ |

Kossyfelicia: I will say you should still look for a tax clearance and add in your next application. They denied my mum because of that.

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by humblemoi: 6:19am On Jun 26 |
Kossyfelicia: It is true you may have made a mistake about the annual income and the ECO capitalised on that and this is also down to the fact that the evidence submitted did not tally. But on a new application I think the first place to begin with is; - when do you want to apply? - How long would that be after the first refusal? - Will the funds you have indicated appear on your bank statement if the application is going to be within the next 6 months? - How do you intend to tell the ECO you came about the money in your own words?, Let's pretend to be the ECO for you. - If you must travel, are you prepared to visit another country so as to show change in circumstance before reapplying to the UK or do you want to give the UK another shot regardless? |

humblemoi:thanks for understanding me here. I have filled another form but I have not submitted yet. I plan to submit next month since my travel date is Sept 10th _16th 2024 after my August sales. So I'm looking for another info concerning tax matter since I have Tax certificate for my personal TAX that s why I'm here to ask if I should add The TAX certificate from ( JTB) my sales invoice to customers that has my business name, my picture I snap in the shop to be added in my new application document since I dis not include them in the previous application that's why I'm here to ask some questions. So guide me if is necessary to add the listed document or i should use the document I submitted in my previous application? Thanks |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Kossyfelicia(f): 7:45am On Jun 26 |
Kossyfelicia:@ Kossyfelicia:the fund i budget before for 10days in my previous application was 3.5m which I have 3m I used 500k to buy goods then plan to put it back before the visa. Also the money is from my piggy box savings I do save at home from Jan lastyr till May this year so I have to break the box and realize 3.122m I personally deposited in the bank and the transaction showed deposited. So I guess the ECO was emphasising on that 45m LOL because I personally calc on my 6Statemt that i submitted from Jan 2024 till May 2024 is 6m plus so š¤£e shock the ECO why I'm I now seeing 45m and it supoose reflect more than d 6m. The mistake error is from me but now I'm using pounds to fill to avoid hrt attack bikoš¤£ 155Ā£ visa no be child's play. |

@giselle237 @cashmadam @humblemoi @justwise and other gurus in the house, please help look into this. Itās a long read, but please help out. Anyone that has experienced this or being in a situation like this too can help out. Someone I know wants to apply along with his mom for his brotherās graduation ceremony. Being the eldest, although he is married with kids, has his own business (lounge/bar), he has been using an online bank (kuda) for his business transactions (receiving and making payment) and expenses too. But later realized that online banks are not accepted for application, which made him start using access bank but itās just for a month, with turnover of over 10m ( this was due to selling one of their landed properties for 14m and 7m was paid into the access account and the other 7m into the momās account. This was done to build the access account tho because he would have received the money into his Kuda normally) Also, the mom has a business she runs and she has a turnover of over 30m in just 6 months and a balance of over 7m, which they both planned on spending (excluding flight or processing) just the amount they reserved for the both of them to spend over there, even tho his brother will provide accommodation as they want to go mainly for the graduation, so they intend spending just 7days due to their businesses. The guy, being the eldest is the heir and manages all the familyās businesses, assets and finances. Matter of fact, he has unrestricted access to the familyās finance mostly in their momās personal account which he has the app on his phone. As for home ties, he has his family, his business, landed properties (houses over 2 acres of land and a shopping complex) which he can actually prove as they all bear the family name, but the problem here is the statement of account. Now the questions are: 1. Is it possible for him to use his momās statement of account with her submitting a consent letter stating that he has unrestricted access to the account being the heir since they are both traveling together. 2. Should he attach the 1month statement of account too just like that alongside the momās own? 3. What are the chances that his application will fly considering that they wonāt be paying for accommodation as they will be staying with his brother. 4. Does his brother need to do anything like maybe submit his own statement of account (with Ā£4k in it) and a cover letter or any letter at all to support his application. 5. Should he go ahead with things or he shouldnāt bother about it. If yes, how should he go about his own application. Please, anyone and everyone is allowed to contribute towards this. And I am open to answering any questions. Thank you all and God bless. |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by solid3(m): 10:38am On Jun 26 |
Kossyfelicia: On Nl here advice is given, whether it is taken or not is the seekers business. Everyone is advising you to pay tax which you can do with less than 100k as a small business owner, you keep saying the ECO only said you quoted 45m as your annual income, do you think its only one ECO the UKVI has or its the same ECO who treated your last application that will treat this one and will he/she remember you? Wait until they tell you they are not convinced your business is making profit enough to be able to pay tax. File your tax and get it ready in less than 2 weeks. Also budget not more than 3x what you spend monthly otherwise some ECO will ask you why do you want to spend 80% of your annual earning in 10 days. |
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by humblemoi: 11:20am On Jun 26 |
Kossyfelicia: I feel like you're focused on the things that matter to you. What about your statement of account? How will that be viewed? The transactions, monthly income and expenditure as well as disposable income. Is it very clear to understand without too much explanations. Tax certificate is just one aspect of the application which some ECOs may ignore and others pick up on. So if you are banking on funds from people, how do you hope to demonstrate it? Lastly, be patient when filling the form. |
