1) He was never denied access to the child.
2) She has evidence of reaching out for reconciliation which Davido turned down.
3) She had to reach out to his father who ended up paying Imade's fees.
4) There is no way Davido can claim he is being denied access to a child he has tried kidnapping before. Davido is not a helpless Nigerian.

The young man knows nothing. He is just a rabblerouser and he knows fully well his intention of releasing that court order few days to his wedding. No sane man does that if his true intention is joint custody of his child.
