I know Oshodi. Thank you Ma'am. God bless you.
Ajebogirl:

I don't know where mile 2 is as I am not that familiar with Lagos, but if you find yourself in Oshodi, take a cab going to Ajah, and drop at Ikate. Cross to the other side and walk down opposite where you dropped. Ask the people around that you are going to the VFS office as you are walking down. They will show you the place. It's not far from the main junction you alighted.

Get to CMS busstop ,from cms, enter Lekki/Ajah vehicle . Drop at ikate roundabout (use google map so you'll see the direction).
Cross to the other side. About 2 minutes walk.
Some individuals will approach you, asking you to do photocopy and print out (that's a sign that you're on the right street and close)

Or
just take a take a taxi to ikate roundabout,Lekki, cross to the other side, enter the street/estate, 2mins walk from there.

Who owns gcms writers??
BillQ:

Hi everyone,

I trusted this forum a lot, but now I'm very confused and suspecting foul play.

The day I came here to complain, the same person wrote to me immediately and tried to clear his name.

I contacted this person last year and told him about my travel plans, based on the reviews I got here. He’s the owner of www.gcmswriters.com. I visited his website and contacted him via email. I paid his consultation fee and for him to write my SOP. He calculated it in dollars, and I sent the equivalent in naira. We had a 30-minute phone appointment, and I was convinced he knew what he was doing.

I've been building my account since 2022 and paid my tuition in full. Due to inflation, I converted all the money into dollars and opened a dorm account in my name. I traveled back home to start getting documents ready, paying for hotels and food. Before he started, I had already paid him half of the money and I still have the receipt. I did my medicals, had two landed properties, sold one, included the other in my application, gathered my WAEC results, did upfront medical and biometrics. After all this, he told me he wouldn’t submit it until I paid the remaining amount. I borrowed money from my sister to pay him, and my application was withdrawn because I didn’t have a PAL.

He then told me to start saving money again in my naira account. I started saving money from crypto profits. When I got my PAL, I sent it to him and he applied for my visa. When my visa got rejected, he said he would request my GCMS notes and gave me a form to fill out. I started having second thoughts. First, if this guy is a professional, how could he submit an application without a PAL? Second, after my rejection, he told me to save 7-8-10 million naira in my account. He never allowed me to review my SOP, only showing me a part that didn’t mention my finances. I begged him to let me see it, as I paid for it, but he refused, saying it wasn’t relevant.

I have respected this guy and spent over 5 million naira on transportation to Nigeria, and paid him over 1. something million for his help. And yet, I am the one begging him. I have all the screenshots on my phone. Where did I go wrong? If he’s a professional, why didn’t he advise me to pay 2 years' fees and then buy a GIC? When I asked him if I should buy a GIC, he said no, that the first year's tuition was sufficient.

Is it wrong to share my experience about his services here? I've noticed that some people claim to have gotten their visa and then start giving reviews about the person who helped them. But if you follow their handles, you might find that the accounts were created by the same person who gave the review, just to get clients.

Please, honest Nairalanders, I’m begging with tears in my eyes. I have worked with @Zubizaretta, and I must say I was the one who wasn’t patient. I sent him N300,000 to secure admission, but when I thought he was slow, he refunded my money without hassle.

The person I’m also talking about said he would help me provide a receipt stating that I run a kitchenware business. I have seen on this thread how people explain lump sums, but why is my case different after all this suffering?

I have begged this person with numerous messages and paid my visa fee twice. This is really painful.

Thank you, Although i kept missing the steps. The format for the application has slightly changed on the site. So in addition to this, i followed a YouTube video which guided me with exactly what you laid out. I was able to identify the changes and made the application.
Thanks.

Why do you conclude that he’s not the one? Isn’t he just mellow @JMG12? So who’s just mellow with a number ending with 3705 on WhatsApp?

So many people need to be reported on here for lying to people! I have accepted the fact that I got scammed by someone who claims he did something for me last year but did nothing. You called yourself a pro, you went ahead and collected money from me.

Osaigbovo, even if it’s with my last blood, I will make sure that you pay for what you have done to me.

You handled my application poorly. My SOP, which I paid you for, was not reviewed by me before you submitted it. You speak to me on WhatsApp as if you are the one funding my travel. God will punish you!

I begged you like a brother, but since you don’t like it that way, I pray we cross paths someday. Trust me, one day I’ll see you face to face.

What you people do is open fake accounts for fake reviews. You show PPR requests on here claiming to help people, then you get more customers and scam them.

I will look for another means, but bro, trust me, for the time you wasted and the money you took from me, when you are just a fool with pride, you will pay dearly for it.

If you are using GCMS writers, beware of @JMG12 (Just Mellow). He’s a scammer and a criminal. I’ve reported this issue to Seun Osewa on Twitter.

Only take advice from this platform! Anyone claiming they got their visa through recommendations here is likely the same person who created the account to praise themselves and get more jobs.

If the owner of GCMS writers is @JMG12, he is a scammer from the pit of hell! If @JMG12 isn’t Just Mellow, then he must come forward and debunk this news.

People travel on this platform without even having the funds that I have, yet this idiot claims he’s a guru. I am in pain because of what he did to my application.

First application was withdrawn by IRCC because of PAL, and he says he’s a guru!

1) I have money for my tuition fees for two years.
2) I have $20,635 for one year's living expenses and an extra 7.5 million naira to buy GIC, which I told this fraud named GCMS writers. I was deceived into calling him for 30 minutes and paying for his worthless time.

One day, I will meet you face to face. This world is a small place.

I didn’t see my SOP before you submitted it, and I paid almost 2 million naira for your services. You are a bastard!

After spending 5 million naira to travel from where I live to make this possible, and all the running around I did in December and January.

No problem. Just wait. Unless you come on here with another handle to deceive people or I am deleted from Nairaland or this earth, I will know it's you.

Bastard.

It will not affect your application if you disclose siblings in your application.

I’m going for a two years course, I have paid tuition of $18,638, and I have the tuition for the next year, including, $20,635 and about 7M is this enough, I’m sponsoring myself!
paying tuition fees shows that the funds is readily available for your use,so far you good to go. Just package your sop well explaining your circumstances. Also you need to show proof of how you came about the funds.dont forget to show ties to your home country.

Hello@Manlikethomas
Congratulations!

When submitting your online student permit application, did you also complete the Schedule 1 - Temporary Resident Visa (IMM 5257) form?
Could you please provide your timeline, the dates you applied and received your Passport Request notification?
Did you provide a bank statement showing a minimum balance of $20,635 CAD equivalent in Naira, as proof of available funds, and you also paid the full 1-year tuition fees?
Thank you.

I used the new portal to apply, its better for me, paid full tuition, and showed the minimum 20,650 pof. Explained everything on my sop

This is my plan: I’m ditching any smelling agent. Please, those who’ve been through this, tell me if I’m on the right path.

1. I don’t own a kitchenware business, but I registered a business name two years ago and got tax receipts.
2. Cryptocurrency is volatile and not an official income source, so I listed kitchenware as my primary income source. However, I have no receipts to back it up.
3. I have receipts from NoOnes.com for my crypto journey. Can I use these and register a new business name?
4. Opinions vary: some say pay one year’s tuition and have the funds ready for the next year and living expenses.
5. I plan to pay the second year’s fees ($18,638), buy a $10,000 GIC, and keep the remaining amount in my bank.
6. For the SOP, I started saving in 2022 from crypto proceeds. When I reached the needed amount, I paid my first year’s tuition and converted the rest to dollars due to inflation and fund instability.

I need a detailed breakdown. God bless anyone who helps.

And please avoid GCMSWRITERS. It’s run by a scammer with fake reviews and profiles. Beware of fake accounts praising them to bait new travelers.

Sorry about your experience bro. I have never believed in any agent arrangements. I have had discussions with agents that knew nothing about PAL ( You would be surprised you know more than most of them). So I took it upon myself to apply myself.
People here would respond to your queries if you re stuck.
I applied on June 3rd for study permit and got my PPR this week.

Hi BillQ,

Usually, the administrators of this site always caution members to be mindful of who they deal with outside the platform, it is expected that if you reach out to someone offline then you will be solely responsible for the outcome of the arrangements you had with that person. Since you have called out the member, it is better to wait for the person to come and defend themselves or you can pursue your recourse offline with help from security agencies.
However, it is very bad for someone to be paid for assistance and then deliver treat the person spending the funds without regards, it is also inappropriate for SOP to be written and hidden from the principal applicant!!!! To your questions
1. You can use your business, the key is explaining the business in your SOP to show how funds are made from the business.
2. You can use crypto, the main issue will explaining how you made profit from the crypto business and showing proofs with docs.
3. You do not need to register a new business, use the crypto receipts you have and explain the transaction dynamics and how you get profits from there.
4. If you have ALL your funds, it is better to apply them to their intended uses, if your school allows payment of tuition for the whole 2 years, by all means pay it.
5. Fine, but $10,000 GIC will not be enough to cover for the two years Living expenses, if you have the funds do GIC for the two years- remember as a self-sponsored applicant, you do not have the luxury to show a business that will be earning funds while you study, also you cannot say you will be doing a business while you study, you will have to show FULL FUNDS for tuition and LE.
6. It all depends how you structure the SOP to convey your thoughts and actions for the VO to understand.

I don't think crypto alone will fly,you still need a registered business, you don't need receipts, just show proof that business exists like social media presence ( receipts can be included if u have),cac documents, paying your tuition fee goes a long way to show money is available and accessible and study is your main purpose. I will advise you go to YouTube so you will see more info. This visa officers don't trust us that's why we need to proof to them we are genuine . That's why it's advisable to always have a side hustle even if crypto is your main source of income. And your sop s very important, make sure everything you write you have proof to back it up,don't forget home ties

God bless you, @Bobomaigida. He asked me to defer my admission, so I had to defer, but I’ve not completed the process.

Just to be sure, sir, you want me to go ahead and pay the 2nd-year tuition. After that, should I buy a GIC worth $41,270?

I am not going to lie, I have the money for the next year's fees and also an extra 7.5 million.

Will this work? So I can travel by the first of July to get it done. When I paid my fees, I paid it through someone else’s domiciliary account, a family friend. But I have mine now that I opened. What I want to be sure about is after paying the fees, buying a GIC worth $20,635 for one year, and having 7.5 million in my account, can it be explained in the SOP that I’ll be able to complete the remaining?

Please let me know if this will work. God bless.

Don’t forget, Nairalanders, this is another minute to remind you that @Justmellow uses ChatGPT 3.5 to write SOPs for people. He’s the dumbest idiot I’ve seen in my life. He got swayed by the reviews on here that were also done by him and his hungry people that he pays peanuts.

Bobomaigida, God bless. I’ll be anticipating your reply so I can prepare to travel.

I’d like to request my GCMS notes, the foolish @Justmellow gave a paper to fill, I printed it out and filled it, he’s a broke wretched fool, so I believe he won’t be able to pay for the paid version except the free one. So boss I don’t mind paying for it so it can be requested. God bless .
