Hello, my brother recently invited my mum, he shares his flat with a colleague, both their names were in the tenancy agreement submitted and she got her visa.

Wonderful!! Did you scan all the pages of the tenancy agreement or just the 1st and signed page?....Thanks in advance for your response.

Reapply and add your husband's birth certificate. If your Mother in law signed as a witness for your wedding, add your marriage certificate.

Normally Visitors visa has no right to appeal and administrative review, browse through UK government website, navigate to complaint and send in your complain. If they see it as a serious case, it will undergo investigation.
Make sure you debate and query those paragraphs on which the VO resfused ur application.

Alright thank you. Please share the link for the for the complaint, I'm unable to find the section on the website.

Application was for my wife. She’s never traveled before.

I sponsored her as she’s unemployed. Purpose of travel is for her to spend the summer with our kids in London.

Is there any place where it was stated it must carry the bank stamp?!

People have been getting their visas with electronic copy. As long as the bank statement is not doctored!

If you have your own money, your Dad does not need to sponsor you. If your Dad is not your sponsor, you don't need to include his documents or that of his business.

I hope this helps.
