We went through rigorous interview processes and were hired based on merit. Don't get me started on the disappointments we encounter while venturing into business. One weakness I observe about your gender that works against you is your dire need to show off when money starts trickling in. You want to start "living large" the moment you see your account growing. Many of you make poor financial decisions even with the money borrowed from banks. Well, you threw some weighty points. Many men like the show off. They do dumb things and attempt to please women, who are so intelligent and act a fool but it's all lies and mind games, as they can see where the men are headed from the start.

Some women work hard, invest grit and all that. But I bet you many women get things ahead of men, just for being women, when other things are equal. The job market, everywhere. I just told you hold a friend's sis got a job she was less good at among a litany of guys. They're a lot, lot.
