If social media bullying is what Toyin had a problem with, then she should have sued him for just that, again in the courts. If defamation is what her issue was, then she should have also sued him in the courts as well.(No arrests are necessary in both cases unless the one sued failed to show up in court for the case.)

This wasn't handled in any of that way though. She instead used her clout to arrest the man's mother and sister and eventually the man, all illegal act.
