CUTIX PLC... Dividend of 15k PLUS a bonus of 1 for 1. Another one of the winners in my outline/recommendations and investment guide--Series 2. (for early subscribers) Closed @ N4.2 today... up from the TEP range of N3--3.5. Infact, a section of my prime subscribers were previously guided to take position @ N2.7--2.85. I expect the coy to retest it's 52W high of N4.5 and create a new high, possibly tomorrow. CAVEAT: NOT an investment advice. ...due diligence still applies as always. It is well 2 Likes |

BabsO2: It's 1 for 2 shares. So if you have 10 shares you will have the right to buy 5 new shares. It's probably better to buy on the floor and BS the rights. This will let the big owners get what they want....bet they know what they are doing. 1 Like |

Dangote Refinery has PMS in their tanks. According to a report I read, they need to carry out some tests before releasing it to the market... "But then we want to keep it in the tank to make sure that it settles. So by the third week of July, we’ll be able to come out to take it into the market,” Dangote had said." https://von.gov.ng/dangote-refinery-shifts-petrol-supply-to-july/ thebargainhunte: |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mikeapollo: 10:59am On Jul 12 |
Raider76: Exactly my point. The use of past financial results and pre-existing financial ratios is good but it has its limitations. I rely on such ratios when I am dealing with stocks for purpose of consistent dividends. But it is a different thing entirely when dealing with a company like Oando that had gone through some difficult past years and has now restructured its business (from downstream to the lucrative upstream sector) in a highly capital-intensive industry like oil and gas. There is no upstream company on the NGX that is not doing fine averagely, so Oando will not be an exception. I believe they will churn out improved financial results when they stabilize . They had to face those challenges, some of which are natural and artificial barriers of entry in the upstream sector. 1 Like |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by yMcy56: 12:13pm On Jul 12 |
Raider76:There are NGX rules that guides this........ Shareholders' will be aware but I don't think they've got more to say about the sales......than to give approval I think. SEC needs to give approval for such sales and also ensure is in the best interest of the shareholders. You can go thru Rule 15.32 and the amendments thereafter (it has more pages than the screenshot) 2 Likes
