Fantastic move for his career. Should definitely get a call up when AFCON qualifiers start.

He is not better than what we already have, so don't expect him to come add something extra.

This is a case of "water finding its level". This boy is below average and none of those EPL teams ever wanted him, it was just mere/sponsored paper talks.
actually they wanted him but won’t be a guaranteed starter

I believe he moved to Auxerre where he will play more. If he performs well even if Auxerre gets relegated to ligue 2 mid table ligue 1 clubs will surely snap him up

Indeed the emboldened is as true as the sun.

Charlesemeka85 must be proud of his Man Utd lad.

Mainoo is akin to an English Kante. Gets forward nicely, recovers very well, covers ground like prime Kante would. Kid is remarkable.

Kobbie Mainoo vs. Netherlands:
100% tackles won
100% duels won
100% long passes completed

His heat map vs my dutch gang says it all ♨️

Without goals he's outstanding. I hope Southgate doesn't bench him for this final. He and Rice compliment each other so excellently that no troll can try anything funny even if they don't win.

Those ones no serious.
Instead to lean from their mistake of late appointment of coaches, they will still repeat the same mistake.

They appointed Manu Garba late,he failed.
They wasted time in announcing Finidi as the Coach,he failed.
Yet they are still wasting time.

The ballon D'or clause inserted on Estevao Willian's move to Chelsea Football Club is making more sense in every game he plays for Palmerias. Chelsea got a gem here strese free.

Why didn't Jay~Jay Okocha WIN the coveted CAF African Footballer Of The Player🌍👑 Award despite finishing in the top three on three occasions?.🤔

One of the greatest mysteries that baffle Nigerian and some football fans across the world till today is how Austin Jay~Jay Okocha missed out on big individual awards during his playing career.

Jay~Jay was known for his trickery, dribbling skill, set-piece quality and w!zardry on the ball.
Opposition players were scared to get close to him so as not to get embarrassed by his skills or genius.

However, for all of his gifted talents, Okocha never won the African Footballer Of The Player award.

Aside from the BBC African Footballer year, the ex-Super Eagles captain did not win any other major individual award🥺.

Okocha was nominated for the CAF Player of the Year Award three (3) times. The first of his award came in 1998 when he finished a close second behind Mustapha Hadji of Morocco.

Jay-Jay then got consecutive nominations in 2003 and 2004, finishing third behind Didier Drogba of Ivory Coast and Samuel Eto’o of Cameroon, respectively, on both occasions.

🗣️ Ronaldinho about Jay-Jay Okocha
“Jay Jay Okocha, wow!! That man made football listen to him. At training, we would watch him doing a freestyle; whatever he wanted to do, the ball would do it.”

🗣️ Samuel Eto'o about Jay-Jay Okocha
“Ronaldinho did what Nigeria legend Okocha had done 10, 15 years before', just that Jay-Jay did not get the recognition he deserved.”

The Super Eagles of Nigeria midfield maestro has retired since 2008, but he reminded many of his greatness during friendly encounters years later!

Even at 50, Jay~Jay Okocha keep deleting elderly men from the pitch with his trademark ™️ dribble. The heartwarming moments were testament to Okocha’s ageless genius and which have left spectators in awe for years!

The most skilful player to come out of Africa and the world, but regrettably he was not seen among the greats. Even in Africa, where his class had a divine blessing directly from God, Jay-Jay Okocha was still not accorded all the respect he deserved during his playing days!

CAF politics
The year 1998 after the world cup
Okocha was ripped to win it
But Hadji got it even to is own surprise

Against Etoo CAF president choose is country man twice ahead of Etoo

Another year Drogba was to win it but because he didn't attend it was given to Kanoute of Mali

So it's based on sentiment

both the nff and sport ministry dont have enough money to pay a coach 2m dollars per year. That's around 3 billion a year.
