The more structural engineer we have this days the more building collapse .

Some is doing what he knows best for the past 20yrs and no of buildings has been in distress or collapse, here you are saying trash

Genz structural engineer collapsing houses because of their I too know attitude .

Structural engineering is about using just the right amount of reinforcement bars in construction, no more, no less. About anybody can put columns at very close intervals and use ridiculously high amount of reinforcement bars because they are afraid the building will fall. The structural engineer uses just the right amount without compromising on quality, that way saving money for the client. If you put all the iron rods in the world in your building, inspection officers will pass it, wetin concern them. Finally, intellect does not seggregate between tribe, religion or age, many of these Genz guys you despise have more brains on the tip of their smallest finger than you have in your head.

My in-law who's into real estate doesn't compromise on quality he specialises on 3decks Omo see foundation see chaining see pillars as I swear even building inspection officers always shouting wow wow when the come for integrity testing they will be like oga you chop money here ooooooh.

House is an everlasting thing why not build it with good quality substances

Now pains went directly to the parents, may God forbid bad things

That doesn't mean he will not die of death is after him sha angry

What of me way dey live for fourth floor. Come to East and see four to five story buildings but I never hear say one collapse before
