Good afternoon, I want to apply for the Master's Programme Mathematics at the University of Klagenfurt and from what I read I have to send my documents through a courier service; a few questions: 1. Am I to send my original legalized documents to the school or a copy of the original legalized documents? 2. For proof of English proficiency--am I to submit the English Letter I got from MOE/MOFA with my IELTS or my IELTS only, The result of my IELTS is 28th November 2022, and it expires October 2024, however Klagenfurt submission for application for Summer Semster 2025 is November 1 - November 30, can I use still use my IELTS when sending my application....i appreciate any response, thanks.

Thanks for your reply. One more thing pls, for the English Letter of Proficiency--it just needs to be verified not legalized, then for IELTS--it doesn't need to be verified or legalized, if I am sending both documents, thanks

1- if they request for legalized documents to be sent to them. It’s the originals they want

2. Your English proficiency letter works for some schools. But you can always pair with your IELTS. No law against that

Yes they collect the Naira equivalent for the month of July they have fixed their rate 1Euro to 1600Naira

Good evening house! I've read all through regarding immigration to Austria in this platform, my questions are
(1) is it the original documents like degree, transcript, marriage certificate e.t.c that are verified and authenticated at MOE & MOFA, verified and legalized at the embassy that we're sending to School in Austria for admission or the photocopy of the verified and legalized original documents ?. If we send original documents, what will become the fate of those documents? I'm really scared oh because we're talking about original documents here
(2) is it advisable to book for legalization and verification with Austrian embassy first before going ahead with verification and attestation at MOE and MOFA respectively because I'm seeing December date which is still far. I've written my Alma mater, the university of Port Harcourt and they've agreed to send my official transcript to MOE very soon since I've other documents required.
(3) I just got traditionally married few months ago and I equally did church wedding and court marriage during which they issued my wife and I marriage certificates at marriage registry and church. If I'm submitting, am I submitting only marriage registry certificate or alongside church wedding certificate issued to us by church?
(4) since i intend going with my wife, apart from the fact that I need to submit her int'l passport, birth certificate and marriage certificate alongside my documents during embassy verification, can I equally verify her degree certificate alongside mine?
(5) we are barely 2 months in our marriage,
we don't have kid yet and we don't dream of having it here in naija. Hope travelling with my wife without anyone behind as tie wouldn't affect our visa process?. I am planning to use POF of 50 million from my uncle during the visa process. I wish to connect with like-minded people in this Austrian journey that are endowed with good intentions.
