But there are many interests in the oil sector, unlike the cement sector which was dominated by the Igbos before he came on board. But he fraudulently liaised with the FG to frustrate Ibeto Cements and Eagle Cements out of the market to become the sole dealer of cement before Bua came on board. Now he wants the same for the Oil sector. He has to contend with the corruption in there.
