I thought they are not paying subsidy and market forces determine the price of fuel

Believe these guys at your own peril. They always have a story to save face when we all know what happened at the background.

Why did they not give the same conditions to judiciary when they collected 300%?

That should have been the minimum. Until politicians operate under the same principles as the masses, we are not going to see a positive change.

That was a fantastic negotiation skills by the President. There must be corresponding increase in revenue for an increase in expenditure. Even at 70,000, he had to send an additional 3trillion naira to the supplementary budget to accomodate the new wage bill.

Illiterate... is that your indices to decide?

Tinubu's problem has always been on fuel. If increasing pump price will help to increase minimum wage, to inflate hardship on the people, why not reduce the pump price and reduce minimum wage.

Tinubu's approach to adjusting the minimum wage in response to fuel prices shows his commitment to the welfare of Nigerians. It’s a bold move that could lead to better living standards. Let's see how this plays out for the masses!
Doesn't that sound stupid to you. The mad man cannot think outside the box. The fact that he proudly admits that the welfare of 250 million Nigerians should be based on the petrol and dollars should tell you that the government is a failure.

Only a government that can harness agriculture, tourism, textiles, mining and other many sources of foreign exchange can bring us out of this mess, otherwise we will be running round circles for another 50 years just like we have been doing for the last 40 years

He’s given you N70k min wage and that alone satisfies you ?

No, you are seeing things from the emotional aspect.
Increasing minimum wage continuously is a dumb move and also a move to buy time.

Solution is to bring down everything that involves money in the country.
That is; fuel price, salaries, and the minimum wage inclusive.

Buying time won't solve any issues and I really think the NLC is a fruitless organisation who doesn't know what to demand.
How many organisations and state governments will pay the 70k minimum wage? Yet inflation will creep in

You said it all. And tinubu shouldn't have said that, is like dictating and talking as if he's handling his personal business. Well, come to think of it, tinubu is the president, and running Nigeria is his personal business with his crew

Tinubu is just making things very hard for the younger generations coming up...life is very hard ,no electricity,,,food is expensive to afford...if not that the man is an evil fellow ,how does he goes to bed at night and sleep knowing that the citizens of the country you are leading are going through hardship.....let him return the status of the fuel back to the way he met it......he can't repair Nigeria he is just making things worst, him and his so called evil colleagues APC

At least before tinubu dies, he will live a life knowing how stupid he was despite all the wealth he claims to have amassed. this is a man who was shouting like a mad man in the market square when GEJ wanted to remove subsidy. Today Tinubu has told us he is still paying subsidy, if he is not, how does fuel price increase simply because he has to pay Nigerian workers a 250k minimum wage?

When I tell people about the dangers of doing hard drugs, I have an example to use.
