I am mature, educated and sensible enough not to just swallow and believe any rumours or insinuations online, like this one without evidence.
Dangote may be very correct to say that some people own a refinery in Malta where they import refined products into Nigeria. But did Dangote mention any names?
The ownership of a private, limited liability company is not conjured by the whims and caprices of any person or blogger or politician. It is based on the documents of incorporation and evidence of the ultimate beneficial ownership.

So those who are now mentioning specific names must provide the documents of incorporation to back up their claims.
Nigerians are very good at conjuring rumours and stories and linking them to leaders, rich men, their families, friends and associates, especially if those leaders are unpopular or performing badly in governance or politics.

I witnessed how rumours and lies of an alleged publication in Ebony Magazine about the wealth of former President Babangida and his wife, Maryam Babangida, among other things, led to the 1989 SAP riots by students which led to the death of many people. Almost every youth and student in the country believed the story, including myself. At the end of the day, the whole thing was all false, but people died for the lies.!

I don't have the right to call anyone a criminal or scam if I don't have some reasonable basis or evidence against such person.
I will wait until when I see the evidence then I will join the chorus to call names even if it is Wale Tinubu or Oando.

I refuse to be a useful idiot for some bloggers or politicians! (credit to Netanyahu).

On a good day, FCMB would have rode on the strength of the fantastic Q2 to circa 10!

Meanwhile, OANDO is sighted @20 in market!

Yesterday, we dey talk say that news na fresh one, Oga Mikeapollo dey talk another thing....
OANDO wey be say, we dey look forward to fresh +ve news everytime ni. 😁

Some days ago, ProphetUtuocha had said that we should watch out for Oando because some new developments were going to come up. Those developments may be the reason behind the recent performance of Oando. Insiders may be the ones mopping up as much as they can and making the price to rise.
The new developments Prophet talked about is not the signing of the deal, because the deal had been certified done, sealed and delivered by NUPRC.

All said and done, I am also interested in Oando doing well and rising higher.

I had decided not to talk much again about oando because I have other stocks on my portfolio. Nobi oando carry me come nse.
That said, oando is a big example. I was seriously preaching against wale and oando many moon ago even when wale started the street sense. I raised alarm that wale wanted to delist. That the initial shareholders who went to court are ghost being wale job. That wale is a lawyer and wanted o use the judiciary to achieve his dirty plan and many like Mr M (oando chairman on this thread) here called me names in my pronouncements .I was surprised later he aligned with what I believed when it made no sense of the guys still pursuing the court case if they whr real when they could sell on the floor and moved on.Then I had few units I bought at #18.
Then fast forward this yr or late last Yr I noticed his street sense has changed. I decided to jump in with target of betnaija at #20.I pointed out why I believe his dance step has changed to positive outlook still with betnaija target.
In the long story.he has demonstrated two different face....meaning everything is possible with him

Lol seriously. You remember your attack on me then when I said it was wale left hand that is behind the first shareholders that went to court. So what changed that you started believing it was true or started assuming I could be right. My guy everything is possible with wale.I will not out rightly write off the story as fake

I cannot remember me attacking you. I don't think anybody has accused me of attacking him/her on this forum, so why would I attack you of all people?.

You said the 5 minority shareholders that went to court to join the case and oppose the delisting and the initial14 minority shareholders that requested for the delisting are all doing the bidding of Wale Tinubu.
I only gave an devise that we should avoid spreading unfounded stories or news in order not to mislead people.
And you made a lot of derogatory remarks against me, which I ignored.

At the end of it all, the court has given judgement and it has proved the 5 minority shareholders right, which aligns with those of us that originally believed that Wale was not necessarily behind all the court cases, especially as ProphetUtuocha was consistent in saying with the confidence of an insider that Oando was not going to delist.

Now, after you made those derogatory remarks, and you later changed your mind, how does it make you feel and what image are you presenting of yourself to people?

I miss up here. The first shareholders are the the ones a mention whr fake. The ones who just got judgement are the real shareholders because they saw the initial ones whr insider job of wale and partners....Attack I ment was not insults rather serious opposition on my view.
It is Well at the end we are making money in oando .I have very straight face with all my saying concerning oando. I only made sure people who may be interested at different time to have idea on two different dance step of wale. And I went in heavy on the second dance step which was following the money .It does not change the fact with wale everything is possible

Note.Your prophet is well known by many of us from SMN.He is not insider when it comes to oando and he is far from spiritual when it comes to stock. He only has special way of passing information like another moniker with Prof signature
