MayorOfEdmonton: Thank you. I was able to resolve this yesterday. Apparently, someone put one too many spaces when typing my name. But it's been fixed now. 1 Like |

aurorae1: I have written her to send me my login details and the refusal letter. So if she is not cooperative and I need to threaten her as you said, how can I do that ? What will I use to threaten her without running foul of the law ? |

Good morning. Please I need help with a question. I have two employment history in my profile. I have reference for the main one that got me ITA. Can I remove the second job from work history and just leave it in personal history please? I’m trying to avoid the hassle of getting a reference letter from the employer. Thank you. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by eniola1010(m): 8:59am On Jul 30 |
myaisha00: You cant remove/add/edit anything post ita. And you have to submit reference for your two job cus u claimed point for both of them |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by luckygirl02(f): 9:23am On Jul 30 |
myaisha00: You can remove it and move it to personal history as long as removing it won't reduce your points. |

rasputinn: Hopefully she sends it to you. Most of them do not. Since you've asked already, hold off on the threats. Include a little pleading here and there. I say so because it's unknown if she's an IRCC certified consultant. If she's a lone agent, no one can make her give them to you legally, especially as you say she isn't in the country. Also, if you signed a contract, it might be written there in fine print as part of their company policy. At the very least, they should allow you obtain GCMS notes to ascertain the cause of the refusal. Do ask for this also, because without some of your details, you can't get the notes or a refund. ETA: scrolled to the initial posts where you says she's a licensed immigration consultant. She can be reported under certain circumstances. Check the link below to see how to do this, if all other avenues of getting your details fail. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigration-citizenship-representative/file-complaint-against-representative.html 1 Like |

rasputinn: What other visa fees exactly? There's the RPRF(right of permanent residency fee), Application fee and fee for Biometrics. Those are the fees you pay to IRCC directly. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by 79733139(m): 7:14pm On Jul 30 |
Go through your account to verify everything. Could you list all the fees that you have paid so far? All of them wouldn't be refundable, e.g. biometrics and medicals. rasputinn: |

It wasn't PR that he applied for, it was something like "Self-employment visa". aurorae1: |

Please when is the next healthcare draw |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by aurorae1: 11:48am On Jul 31 |
auggie17: 4 to 8 weeks on average. They've been having better turnaround these days so it's on the quicker side for returns. 4 to 5 weeks. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by aurorae1: 12:01pm On Jul 31 |
Nemmie: It's only IRCC that can confidently answer this question. We can only infer based on past draws. This year there has been two healthcare draws if I'm not mistaken, February 14 and July 5. |

Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by aurorae1: 1:58pm On Jul 31 |
auggie17: Ask if it's PR. Those with temporary visas i.e. work permit, visitor, tourist, study visas etc get theirs faster as it's stamped here in Nigeria (Abuja), a week is the norm. PR passports that leave VFS Lagos/Abuja aren't stamped in the country. |

auggie17: There's no caregiver PR, that I've heard of anyways, this pathway hasn't begun although it's been announced. Sure it's not a work permit? If not that's good... 1 Like |

labasulla: There's a dedicated TEF/TCF thread to get you started: https://www.nairaland.com/4672912/all-tef-candidates-canada-immigration You can also find the phone numbers of some tutors which I usually advise beginners to get. It is possible to self-study but a good tutor provides critical structure and will help you save some time. You may also download Busuu and Duolingo to get your feet wet and introduce you to french sounds and simple words. 1 Like |
