Derende: BVL generally indicates IRCC has made a decision but i guess in this case, they are running some secondary review on your proof of funds best reasons known to them before making the final decision. I think you should wait for them to get back since we know they are on the verge of making a final decision. I understand the anxiety and wish you a positive outcome. |

Ibrahim8358: Sample below: Application$9 The above sample is more than 8 but not up to 15 characters. If this does not work. You can create one that equates exactly 15. |

Chibudollar: This is a DIY group and we don’t encourage agent here. Let him go through the thread and asked questions. Instead of paying that huge amount of money while not put in the work here by applying himself. Many have gotten approved here. Success in your brother’s application 1 Like |

Hello house, How many months can one reapply after a denial. |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by House34: 7:18am On Jul 31 |
Chibudollar: Posting your number here or contacting anyone because they posted a comment here is not in your best interest this is a faceless forum as you may get scammed. The information here is good enough to guide any genuine visa applicant. Be careful of anyone asking you for money for a visa. Nobody can guarantee a Canada visa for you, as visas are not for sale!! 1 Like |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by House34: 7:25am On Jul 31 |
sweetkev: You can reapply anytime, but if nothing changes in your situation or application, you are just wasting your money. Just Reapplying will not get your visa approved; it's the content and quality of your application that matters |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Vannie12(f): 7:58am On Jul 31 |
It's a visitor's visa; the visiting scholar program requires a temporary resident visa for the period of my stay. For documents submitted, it was more of the documentation sent from the research organization and the institution I will be visiting. orjohn24: |

Account Statement is optional under the CAN+ program. Otherwise, you do not need to submit POF (account statement) if you have a valid US Non-Immigrant Visa as at the time of your application. deltafly: 1 Like |

Ibrahim8358: Hmm! strange. Try a combination that is lower than 15 characters but more than 8 with an uncommon word meeting the password requiements, something like this: Neptune2020&& If it works, please try to change the password with the same idea. Also, remove your email from the thread. It is a security risk. Try if this works. |

Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by House34: 4:03pm On Jul 31 |
Sholzyy: A friend is a friend and not your family member, so an invitation letter, passport, and other documents are good enough. The visa officer will consider other factors like your ties to your home country, your property, proof of funds, work, travel experience if any, and family to assess your eligibility for a visit visa. |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Chibudollar: 5:03pm On Jul 31 |
My people there's an argument going on here I would like to hear y'all input, let's say you owe first bank 50k. And you submit let's say A Union bank statement of account for your visa application, does the money you owe first bank affect your visa application in anyway? |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by Sholzyy: 5:21pm On Jul 31 |
House34: Thank you for your swift response.🙏🏽 Please can the email she sent to me inviting me over suffice as a proof of relationship? Or I should just click on No proof of relationship jejely Note: the email is different from the invite letter I really don’t want to make a mistake on the application |

Ashirioluwa: Thanks a lot thou it seems that am asking so much question. Please don't be offended because I will be asking till I got all info needed. Lol. In this new portal, there is no column to upload some vital documents like my travel history, marriage certificate, my landed properties, passport photograph. There is a place my employment letter is required. Should I upload my business documents since I am self employed business man |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by House34: 6:23pm On Jul 31 |
Sholzyy: The email she sent you with the invitation letter, a copy of her Canadian ID, and other documents is enough to prove a friendship invitation |
Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by House34: 6:29pm On Jul 31 |
Chibudollar: No, it will not affect your visa application because visa officers deal only with the bank statement you present during your visa application, and they are not bank or loan agency that runs a credit check on you. 1 Like |
