The guy in charge of my local government sponsored some to go learn leatherworks in Aba and that will sustain them into the future and get them to teach and employ others.

It's not a totally bad idea going by the number of beneficiaries that will get it and breathe freedom.

Every area, region or locality has its own peculiarities in terms of needs and wants. The wheelbarrows in this context shouldn't be condemned totally, this tool cost a lot of money. Most cart pusheriwe see in some of our markets rent out this wheelbarrows for as high as #3,000 per day to a lot of these cart pushers as a means of livelihood in some of our major markets.
