Responsibilities
• Monitors incoming and outgoing mails and handles items for dispatch
• Reconciles petty cash on a daily and monthly basis
• Prepare and reconcile daily and monthly Vouchers for all Bank Payments (invoices and expenses)
• Maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Maintaining the office space by liaising with vendors for office equipment repair or servicing.
• Manages and tracks the procurement of all office supplies and reorders as needed and keeps inventory of stock.
• Document preparations, filing, and organizing physical and digital records for regulatory bodies.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
• Manages the conference room including scheduling of meetings and organisation of the room
• Supervises office support personnel (Office Assistant, Pool Driver etc.), and monitors their performance.
• Prepare workstations, stationery, identity, and business cards for staff.
• Supports the Office Manager by handling any other assigned tasks
Required Education Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree/ HND in Business Administration or related field Required Experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years post-NYSC experience with valid experience in office administration
• Basic techniques of record and file organization.
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Extremely detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks.
