I always get pained when I see people talking down on Nigeria, like we're not even doing anything at all ..
And we keep doing things in and out of the country..

Please stop trying to be half clever. The crux of the matter is this what has Tinubu done significantly to benefit the masses so far? This shouldn't be as hard as you guys are making it to be.

Even if you don't like Tinubu at least use your common sense. Are you telling me he started such a project and completed it in one year? The project is not even on Senegal soil.

Dude I think you are not sensible enough to understand the young man's point. The question is this what significant contribution has Tinubu achieved in one year that has impacted positively on Nigerians? This shouldn't be hard even for you.

When I read comments like yours it strengthen my resolve that Nigerians don't really know what we want, our politicians know this because they come from among us so they use it to their political advantage.

Tinubu has spent way more than what was used to build the satellite providing social service but folks like you aren't satisfied because he isn't building a satellite like they are doing in Senegal when we don't have an urgent need for satellite as we currently have several in orbit...... Politics shouldn't make you cut off your nose to spite your face , but that is the exact case with you lots.

Please humor me. So palliatives is now social service abi. Bro stop all this naaaa

Students now get loans to attend university, courtesy of this administration.

In fact UNN just published data on over 325 students who just enrolled on federal-backed student loans.

It's happening in EVERY university.

This opens up higher education to a great many people previously shut out.

Far bigger achievement than some fcking satellite.

But will your tribalist hatred allow you to acknowledge any good thing you see in Nigeria?

If it was the other way round, and Senegal announced they were offering student loans for university, while Nigeria was prioritising the launching of a space satellite to fanfare, you would have PRAISED Senegal and ATTACKED the Nigerian govt for 'misplaced priorities'.

I KNOW IT.

YOU KNOW IT.

Demonic entities drowned in tribalist hate.

You're despicable, you IPOB Emergency Nigerians.

How did you know he is IPOB or you just assumed rubbish. Student loans ain't social services at all, these are loans that people will pay back Oga.

Congrats to them.

Em, whatever happened to our own satellite, naija sat one or so?

Naptu2, any idea?

We've had many satellites.

Nigeria Sat-1 reached the end of its life cycle and we launched Nigeria Sat-2 and then Nigeria Sat-X. These are earth observation satellites.

We also launched NigComSat 1, a communications satellite. However, in 2008 NigComSat 1 ran out of power due to problems with its solar arrays. We then launched NigComSat 1-r.

We also launched EduSat-1.

At the moment NigComSat-1R, NigeriaSat-2 and NigeriaSat-X are still working.

No need for an answer if your standard of governance, the 4 month admin
have done nothing significant. This is not a criticism of the senegalese admin because
I don't expect a 4 months admin to make any meaningful impact.

So, if you can't point to even a single "significant" impact it has made, then your question is meaningless.

Great achievements don't take ages to attain, it takes determination, courage and sincerity.
Give the Senegalese president credit for his great achievements and stop being foolish and senseless in the name of defending a total failure of governance in Nigeria at the moment.

Shut your lying, illiterate lips. The satellite was built by NIGERIAN SCIENTISTS and is STILL in operation.
Ignorant IPOB pea brain.
Don't use simple Google to learn before spewing your nasty vomit.

•The New Bukinafaso President,Traore - is building and about to launch his own Satellite into Orbit too.
But these Countries in West Africa, don't have a CBN Head that Stole -NTrillions, and diverted Farmer's Anchor Loan in Multi-Billions- Diverted and Stolen, nor did their CBN-Head carried a Presidential Ballot like Nigeria.
-So All those who supported Emiefiele and are on this Nairaland Forum and Other Social Media, still Condemning Tinubu-should briddled their conscience,if they have any at all,for you are part of Bad- Citizens - who were supporting Evils.
So all the LP and PDP Sympathersers were all involved!
I'm not siding Tinubu- who was buying
a Youtch, giving all Federal Legislatures New SUV, building the VP house that was abandoned over the years because of the Costs, but just to tell us,that what We( Nigerians planted) is what we are reaping-e g the -----,Northerners planted Boko-Haram- since OBJ Era and when Obasanjo tried to wipe it away, the Northerners came up with adoption of Sharia,as excuses by at least 7- States of the North and OBJ told them ' this is Political Sharia ' and Obasanjo had been proved right because that same demon 👿 called Boko- Haram has now taken over the Insecurity of the Northern States and no Farming 🧺 with Killings, when this Monster-from Afghanistan,Sudan, etc should have been destroyed because of Religious leaders Manipulations!
-IPOB Agenda, including Simon Ekpa- from the far away Finland,Europe, with his Family -is also planted in the East,so nothing good the govt can do,but they just Condemn ,no matter how well intended.
Tinubu introduced:
•Consumer Scheme is here for all,
•Student Loan for All Students,is here,
•Reduction of Minimum Wages - from 5,yrs to 3- years is a novelty ,
• 70,000.As Minimum Wages,
• Lagos Calabar Coastal- Highways is moving!
•Yet ,We ALL want a Better Nigeria, which can only be achieved by working as a Team. Can we play a Better Citizens too? e g why can't we have 24/ 7 Lights in Nigeria?
- Why Should Nigeria- Leaders have to go Abroad, for Medical while the Poor Masses are Suffering?
- Why should Corruption in the Govt ( State and Federal) be so rampant?
- why should any States in Nigeria be lacking Basic Infrastructures - good Roads, Rail, Housing ,Educational Facilities, etc.?
•The Govt-( Federal and States and Local)- should know now that the Modern day Citizens wants a Better lives and are very eager to get it quickly in this 21st- Century and No Govt can delay Or deny them their Rights to good lives in Nigeria!
We are all here in Nigeria- the less acrimony, the better for all of us!

There are too many Nigerians with inferiority complex.

It's hard to pinpoint why exactly.

I've met people from SOMALIA, LIBERIA, SIERRA LEONE, SOUTH SUDAN, and AFGHANISTAN who are so proud of their race and their country, you won't believe it.

Yet visit those places, and Nigeria is HEAVEN in comparison.

But there are people on social media right now from those countries, insulting Nigeria, and Nigerians accept it meekly.

Nigeria has Five satellites in the orbit, Nigeria is the fourth African country with the highest number of satellites in space.

Senegal launches her first satellite, yet you will always look for a way to talk down on Nigeria instead of just congratulating Senegalese and move on shocked.

That's low self esteem
The satellites, like our refineries, are not working.

.
If they are working,
how come we still can't defeat boko haram by fishing out their hideouts?

Ethnic and religious challenges.
What has the current president achieved?

It is when you do not have realistic grips on facts and figures that you become defenders.

A lot of Nigerians are abroad schooling, working and doing miniature jobs, yet Nigeria is the giant of Africa.
