- Most clients or developers want a Virtual Reality of how the homes/houses will be, we give them that too.

Most Clients want to see nice Visuals or Animation of how the homes will be. Very Important.

- Solid Building Construction should not be left out.

When we do the Interior and Exterior Designs, the views will give you a broad idea or creativity of how the house will be like when it's finished and what it will cost.

Most Developers are not Creative.

Most Clients don't know what they want.

So it's our job to give them a Virtual Reality of how their homes will be.

Bottom line, if you want to build a house like this, do not do "try and error o" because you will cry bitter tears in the end.

my friend owns plantashun bro.buying a house and building is different.ppl who build to resell compromise materials.u don’t know if they used 12mm to stand pillars in that house.

It should cost over 80 million no matter how you try to squeeze things. Building only the block work and plastering may be like 45 million but the problem is wiring, fottings, marbles, plumbing, painting and furnishing that will need more than 50 million. I've done 2 projects recently and none cost less than 100 million.
