True. Come see these kinda houses at katampe extension in Abuja... That's how they cost especially because of the modern interior design

I will buy that house for less than 200m in Katampe Ext, that house isn’t big. I lived there.

I will love to know the total number of rooms in it and see the interior designs too.
However, 50 or at most 55 million would've given you something like this in 2017 or even more sophisticated than this. I spent similar amount to erect something like this in my village for my beloved parents in 2017. I don't know now again because alot have change now.
it's more now

How much can erect something like this in Nigeria today excluding land cost?

From a professional point of view if I'm to handle the said project, it will cost around #120m upward depending on your choice of finishes.

55M for what? Do you know that 1ton of iron is 1M? The exterior is good so I imagine matching interiors. 100M

The house in pic length× breadth is like 70 by 25 feet at most
Each floor won't be more than 3 tonnes of iron
Let's say one tonne for all pillars and lintel
500 bags of cement for German floor, two floors, lintel and pillars. All these are in excess. 30 million will get the carcass plus the roofing.

Cost of finishing depends on taste

Considering the location if it is island lekki, ikoyi you will spend between 130m-150m but island like ikeja, Maryland just budget 90M-120m.

If you are in need of a professional Quantity surveyor, check my signature!

Thanks.

Are you a celebrity? Else, I don't think it's economic wise to waste such an amount on such a luxury apartment while you could have gone for something more sustainable in terms of maintenance aftermath.... although mine opinion but then, please let's apply caution in this present economy it's unwise.....,calm down and reason beyond please 🥺

Bro,

I bulit 40ft x 40 ft in Lekki from May 2023 to Mar 2024. Building alone I spent over 80M so I imagine how much it will cost to build now. When i started, cement was 4k per bag and was around 12k by early this year. Iron also went up from 450k per ton to 1M per ton. I did pile foundation amd that alone was between 15 - 18M, at the time. It is well with Naija.

Stop saying what you don't know. Even 100m can't finish a house like this at this Tinubu time.

It depends on several factors.

Which state in Nigeria and what location are you looking at?

Let's say 200-300M should give you this due to high cost of building materials nowadays.
I may not be accurate with my guess but I'm very accurate in advising you to get a DNA test for your first child, atleast.
Oga did you meet her as a virgin? If NO, then take 5 seconds to read below

Oga if you no meet your wife as a virgin, oga go for DNA test oooooo because boreholes aka non-virgins can't be trusted to
I would say 400M but those up there saying 50M, 55M are 1 bag of cement to 50 block crew

Lekki not in consideration in the estimate. It was like the end of first quarter of this year that iron rod reduced to a million per tonne,it was higher from January.
We are not in a good time for building business
