When i started, cement was 4k per bag and was around 12k by early this year. Iron also went up from 450k per ton to 1M per ton. I did pile foundation amd that alone was between 15 - 18M, at the time. It is well with Naija.

Lekki not in consideration in the estimate. It was like the end of first quarter of this year that iron rod reduced to a million per tonne,it was higher from January.
We are not in a good time for building business
