Please guys can I see someone in France that I can share a container with? I want to make some purchase but I won’t be able to fill up a container, will there be companies running container groupage services in France? Thanks for your time |

Congratulations and thank you for the very detailed account of what transpired. Based on my experience, Schengen visa is easier to get if you are a frequent traveller - especially to UK, US and Canada. They respect these Countries a lot. Enjoy your holiday! |

Cashmadam: You are right, we have never hold any of those visas to any of the above countries mentioned before, hence the disbelief it was a big gamble we took and we made it. 1 Like |

Im very sure you didn't read or understand the question before talking. The individual has a French Schengen visa, he had travelled to France and returned, then he wants to use same visa to Sweden without going to France, this is very possible, why? Because he had initially used it to France. I have done it before and I had no issues. You can only say I'm wrong if you've tried it and you had issues, if not then ..... demo79: 1 Like |

The visa officer told you that he's afraid he can't gurantee a first timer a multiple entry to visit Italy after visiting France and it will be when you get susbsequent visa? It's either you added this part or you didn't hear what he said. You don't need a multiple entry visa to visit any Schengen country. Multiple entry visas allow a person to return to the Schengen region after exiting the Schengen region. In this case, Italy is a Schengen country and you don't need a multiple entry visa to be able to go to Italy from France.

Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by Atinukemi23: 11:11pm On Aug 16 |
cutelukz: Absolutely, it was a long written epistle, when he mentioned do we know we can use a schengen visa to travel to any other member of state and when he asked what other country are we looking to visit in future and we said Italy and that was when he mentioned as a first timer a single entry will only be permitted and if we get a subsequent multiple entry permit in future we can then use it the way we want. Thanks. |

"Long written" yet you said it was a phone call....Okay o Atinukemi23: |
Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by Atinukemi23: 6:30am On Aug 17 |
cutelukz: OMG, long written epistle was how I narrated all in WRITING and it was quite alot and having to put all together. As it seems I believe some thought it was a fabricated story lol. The fact that we got a phone call doesn't mean someone else will . I just thought I would help. Anyway to make this easier I am not the one travelling from Naija, I helped my Uncle and his kids apply here online, easier to use a UK card to make payments and all that, even though my uncle was in doubt they may not be granted due to their non international travel history only to few african countries only, and when he called me shortly after he received the phone call and was narrating how the conversation went I was SURPRISED because we were waiting for pick up email not a CALL, if it was a business visa or spouse or a study visa then maybe but for a short stay ? Who would have thought ? and the call came in from a landline which is 02014628484 ( obviously if you dial the number it will not ring) I am only few stops away from Eurostar Stpancras station and we are going to join them in France to spend time together before they return to Nigeria. I just thought it would be better to let others be aware that you MAY be called and in case you get a phone call be prepared, if he had not picked the call we obviously don't know what would have happened, but I told him he will Be granted since he has clarified the consular doubts. But if some still think its a fabricated story, I honestly do not think I have to keep explaining myself, I personally was begining to get worried when the waiting time was getting longer. But to each of their own. Thanks to those who reached out to me privately asking about the pick up email as they were concerned and this are people who are frequent travellers and had multiple. But for my uncle and his kids this is their first international visa, of course some may say it is not a big deal but it is for them. Even here in England with your BRP france dey chop person eye anyhow, greece is far more better sha make sure you have a valid return tickets with payment confirmation you are good This one wey schengen visa don turn to Gold alot of us has been in the game since, expecially the family of EEA national days before UK comot, we don't pay a dime. All the best everyone. I am out of here. 1 Like |

Honestly you don't need to give this explanation, it's too much information. You've gone above and beyond already. If anybody doesn't believe your story, that's on them. You don't owe anyone here any explanation, your initial outline on the phone call with the embassy is a great contribution to this platform. Please desist from further explanation especially for people interrogating your personal experience and looking for holes in your story. Someone on this platform shared her experience on how she got a 1year multiple entry visa on her 1st attempt. She outlined all the documents she submitted, some people on this platform were questioning and doubting the possibility. Na wa! Atinukemi23: 1 Like |

Good afternoon ladies and gents. Please, I already filled my application though I’m yet to pay for it. I tried booking an appointment on the TLS website and available dates are from October 9 and my intended travel date is October ending. Please is there a possibility that earlier dates could pop up? Maybe I could keep checking for dates. Or if I try to fill another application to try Abuja, can I edit the profile already created on TLS to change my submission center and the visa application number? |

VI Lagos Though I did premium when I get there so everything was so fast... I Just hope it is not an issue. Oh you did premium. I guess that's why it was fast. I submitted on Tuesday 13th... Still waiting. If I had known premium also includes fast application processing & visa decision, I would've used premium too. 1 Like |

Turner25: Congrats! Please did you pay for the premium at TLS or online? Also, is it your first time? I am a first time applicant I have visited the UK twice and have a valid UK visa. I have also travelled across Africa including South Africa and an Asian country. My appointment date is 26th and I want to travel on the 11th September. I’m really worried about getting my visa before then. I would appreciate if you can respond that the questions please to help me plan. Thank you. |

Congratulations 🎊 in advance 👏 But mind you premium is just an optional service at TLS "The use of these optional services does not allow you to book an appointment more quickly or ensure faster processing of your application by the Embassy or the Consulate of France. Purchasing any of these services does not guarantee a successful visa application" It has nothing to do with your visa application at the French Consulate. Turner25: 2 Likes |

I applied for France study visa, had my campus France interview on the 7th August, TLScontact and submitted my application documents on the 14th August 2024. I received a message from TLS to come pick up my passport on the 19th August. Lo and behold, my visa was refused/denied on the reason "There is sufficient evidence and serious grounds to establish that you would stay in France for purposes other than those for which the study visa was requested" Please what can I do as my school will be resuming 2nd September, 2024? I have no travel history, virgin passport... Document submitted are: CAC certificate, CAC certificate of annual returns , CAC document showing my ownership of a school, 3 months SOA of my school where I happen to be the director and sole signatory to the account, initial deposit of accomodation, certificate of accomodation, flight reservation, travel health insurance from Aiico insurance, statement of undergraduate degree, transcript of my undergraduate degree, NECO certificate and token to check the result, admission letter from my school in France, acceptance of admission letter, cover letter (explaining who will manage the school in my absence and reason I chose the course, the school and France and the benefit of the program to my establishment and how i plan to apply directly advance knowledge and skills upon returning to Nigeria), attestation certificate from etudes France and reference letter from my bank. What serious ground are they referring to? Marriage certificate, children date of birth or what exactly? I await your positive reply from scholars please. |

MummyHalo:Any is fine it is the excess that is different it means what you will pay out of your pocket in support of treatment either 50 euros or 100 Euros. We bought both and the one for the 100euros was actually bought by mistake because it is for Family of 4 and it was fine. Hope this helps. All the best. |
