Arrested and prosecuted Where?

Can we see evidence?

What of Oba of lagos that said he will throw Igbos inside lagoon?

Why was he not arrested?

How does "anyone that does not vote Ambode" translate to Igbos?

Everybody knows you and your kinsmen are the chief promoters of hate speech, crime, terrorism, instigation and others in the world!

Canada can revoke a person's citizenship under certain circumstances. According to the Canadian Citizenship Act, citizenship can be revoked if:

1. Obtained by false representation or fraud
2. Obtained by knowingly concealing material circumstances
3. Person has been convicted of a serious crime, such as treason, terrorism, or war crimes
4. Person has engaged in organized crime or human rights violations

In Amaka Patience Sunnberger's case, if the Canadian government finds her comments incite violence and genocide, they might investigate and potentially revoke her citizenship. However, this would require a thorough legal process, and the decision would depend on the specific circumstances and evidence.

It's worth noting that Canada has revoked citizenship in the past for individuals convicted of serious crimes, such as terrorism or war crimes. However, each case is unique and subject to legal review.

The Nigerian govt has gotten involved so you can be sure of proper legal representation to deal with this psychopathic Jezebel of a monster in Canada.

The highest she can be guilty of is hate speech which is doubtful if she gets a good lawyer.

She can be charged not just for hate speech but planning to commit mass murder.

There's a difference to threatening to commit mass murder and hate speech

But she's right, she's a Canadian Citizen and cannot be deported.

If she committed a crime she can be reported there but it will be hard to identify any crime she has committed against Canada from the Twitter video she made. It's just tricky
Threats to life is a criminal offnce and a felony for that matter. If it's in USA and you threatened someone life. You are going to jail. Check your brain

Cybercrime laws are more than enough to prosecute and jail the lady for her irresponsible and hate filled comment. Those are hateful words and are enough to put her behind bars. Her words incite people against each other and are enough to jail her.

Her overconfidence is nothing, but mere of self deceit and lack of knowledge. Unfortunately for the foolish woman, she does not know that she can be stripped of her Canadian citizenship and deported. Holding the passport of a country apart from your country of birth is not an insurance to get reckless.

With the intervention of the Federal government through the NASS, the Canadian government certainly will launch an investigation and if found to contravene their laws, she will be held liable.

Lastly for me, it is important that leaders of this country begin to have a rethink on the issue of remaining as one country. If some want to go, then they must be allowed to go, as no known international laws would be violated.

Okay, start from everywhere. Tinubu's wife comments about Igbos and their properties; Buhari's dot comment. You don't beat a baby and stop them from crying. A country an igbo student has to assume Benue to be admitted in Unijos.

I don tell you say these issues are so deep that it is not worth debating at all in the Nigerian context. So, from where I sit this attack on the woman in Canada by Abike Dabiri na personal vendetta and not NIDCOM's official duty. undecided

You are a threat to many other Nigerian-Canadian, so you don’t deserve a peaceful country like Canada. The asylum you used to get citizenship will be revisited and all the lies you told therein will be exposed.

Imagine the beast still have the gut to say rubbish! God will punish your generation. The battle had just begun .

Only Jesus can save, education, change of citizenship, money does not save. Just imagine. You'd think getting a citizenship or whatever in a developed country will make a person more civilized and less prone to crime. It's the same for the fellow in Finland and many others hoping that Nigeria fails because Obi did not win election. So sad. Now, when these countries increase the bar and limit Nigerians from enjoying the benefits that everyone enjoys, we will blame our leaders and passport. Instead of avoiding the madness in the first place and taking responsibility, it is to be shifting blames, and counting how other criminals have not been caught.
