Accurate to the tee.

How is this even accurate to you..
By reports Victor has already accepted the salary terms from suadi, just the transfer fee between both clubs..
While Chelsea haven't made headway in any.
Mind you al ahli are paying over 60mil so Chelsea has to. Match that

Philosopher1979:

Kanu dribbles 3 players, passes to a player. The player now squares the ball to another player and he scores.
Kanu has a lot of pre assists and assists for nigeria that are crucial. The stats can be wrong sometimes. He even had a hattrick of assists against Tunisia in the afcon 2000.
Stats can be limited and downright wrong.
It's ignorant to rate Kanu only because of goals. Without janu we won't win many matches yet because he dies nit score or ger a rebound he us nit good.
Actually what he did fie nigeria was simply to break down tight defences and increase our creativity in attack. He also win penalties and got the opponents red cards.
So you expect our coaches to bench such a vital player because of ignorant statistics.
That us damp ignorant.
It's ignorant to rate Kanu by goals
Obviously u didn't read my post well nor understood my point,
your post should be directed to Komekn.

Komekn tried to undermind Osimhen's AFCON performance because he scored just one goal, then i posed the Kanu's riddle to him,

Try to slowly read my post u quoted again, and u will grasp my point,or go back and read the previous post.

There has potentially been a significant development in talks between Chelsea and Napoli over a deal for Victor Osimhen

Chelsea are now prepared to bring the striker in on loan with an obligation to buy

I got your point but guessing what,Kanu is a favorite that people do lowering the measurement rating regarding his Super eagles performance.

Fact,it was damn too poor, having five Afcon and three WC without a goal, even in Super eagles assists ratings,Amokachie,Finidi,Siasia and Odegbami are ahead…..but till date, talking best Nigeria export in Europe,Kanu is the best cuz his goal scoring ratio and assists are far better compared to his Super eagle’s performance.

It was just too painful we did not see enough of Agali/Kanu partnership cuz Agali brought the best in Kanu vice versa,2002 WC qualifiers both had 4 goals,it was best of Kanu in eagles.

According to Oma Akatugba Osimhen has agreed to collect 350k Euros per week from Chelsea but no indication of any set deal yet.

https://x.com/omaakatugba/status/1829128059108180366

Oma has fallen out of favour with Victor, and they aren't as close as they used to be. He once had an interview that almost put Victor in trouble in Italy and that's what I believe led to Victor giving him some space.

The above information is also wrong. Victor never requested for 500k and Chelsea never offered 350k. That could change I'm the coming hours but Oma or his source are lying.

According to Di Marzio, Osimhen to Al Ahli is a done deal.

Hmmm I get the angle you're coming from and I know Oma can be unnecessarily brash/loud but I think he's a too professional to be spreading obvious lamba.

For what it's worth I believe Oma has a genuine source who passed that update on Osimhen's transfer to him whether it's true the next few hours will tell.

🇸🇦 BREAKING: Napoli reach total agreement with Al Ahli for Victor Osimhen!

Club to club deal done for €75/80m total package, Al Ahli have already booked a medical.

Four year contract worth €25/30m per season net to Osimhen + RELEASE clause.

Final green light up to Victor.

When I wrote this below, I knew an easy release clause for immediate return to Europe was gonna be an option.

But I also wrote this with the mind that no European side comes close enough to trying to match Osimhen's Value. Chelsea should be doing better. Osimhen is Africa's most valuable player in the world today.

In the end, I want Osimhen out of Napoli. Be it Chelsea, be it Al Ahli (with the release clause)... I want him out of Naples.

Deadline day is here and Osimhen will make his choice. And whatever choice he makes, we move. All the best to him.

The Monster Machine, He remains.

TheSuperNerd:
I think if all goes well, Osimhen to the Saudi League for just one season won't be bad at all (if no European team can bag him this window).

Infact, he will earn the top wages he demands, bang goals... and have a clause inserted for immediate return to Europe the following season. He will be 26 then on his European Big 5 league return and would only turn 27 midway through the 25/26 European season.

This could set him up nicely for a battle over his signature to rage on with him having to pick now.

But then... I only approve of this strategy if no team in the Euro Big 5 can match Napoli's valuation of him AND MORE IMPORTANTLY SINCE LUKAKU IS JOINING NAPOLI AND CONTE HAS NO PLANS FOR OSIMHEN.

Conclusion: I would rather Osimhen plays one season in Saudi Arabia earning BIG BIG BIG BUCKS and return to Europe with an easy release clause than to rot in the stands at Napoli.

And when I wrote this.... I did because in my heart of hearts, I don't want Osimhen leaving Europe now.

I was hoping Osimhen agrees to the paycut provided it is still within the Chelsea top 7 earners class. At least, manageable compared to the contract we all want him to say no to at Al Ahli.

But if Chelsea is not offering Osimhen worth his value, then I don't blame Osimhen.

I want him in Europe but I also want him where he is Valued. If Chelsea doesn't value Osimhen enough, then they don't deserve him despite what I want as a fan.

TheSuperNerd:
At this point, I prefer Chelsea abeg only if Osimhen agrees to that paycut. If the choice is Chelsea or Desert league... My Brother, just pick Chelsea. We will work it through from there. Lol

Osimhen moves to Chelsea today if the personal terms are agreeable with Osimhen himself. If Osimhen considers the personal terms "Good enough", then he will turn his back on the mouth watering, "Thunder fire poverty-I will never be broke in my life again" deal from Al Ahli.

But time today is the master. On deadline day, time tells it all minute by minute.

Then let me be more explicit....

The Alhi contract is 30Million euros a year ba? That is 120M for 4 yrs (ofcos he won't spend 4 yrs there if he does pick Al Ahli).

Weekly that is above 500K euros per week.

My Brother... there is MONEY and there is money and there is MANEYYYY

This is MANEYYYY. Mouth watering, "Covers-my-bloodline-5-generations-even-after-I-die" deal.

Realistically which club is going to sign Osimhen in the next two years?
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheSuperNerd(m): 9:35am On Aug 30
This is the only part I don't reckon with. A release clause after a year is perfect for me. It is what I was expecting should he consider the Saudis but 2 yrs? Only time can answer that.

But 1 year, I can confidently see clubs coming for him after 1 year. 2 is far. Quite far and we have a WC in 2 yrs IFFFFF we qualify.

So, it's Saudi, then (according to Sky Sports).

Oh well, great choice for his pockets, terrible choice for his career/legacy.

I've known Oma for about 2 decades and Oma is only professional when his emotions aren't involved. Once he gets too emotional he begins to say the most ridiculous things. Like you, I don't think he lied about having a source, but doesn't change the fact that the information given is a lie. Also, if you've been in the Sports business for a but you'll won't even need anyone to let you know how ridiculous that story is.

How will anyone in their right senses believe Osimhen is asking to be paid the highest weekly wage in the EPL? That alone is enough reason to throw the story into the trash bin.

BTW, in his rebuttal says asking for 500k weekly isn't far fetched since people already earn 800k weekly before tax in the EPL. That information obviously is false and he has since corrected himself to say he meant monthly. Whether that now plays into his credibility on the story he earlier shared is for you to decide.

I didn't read an article. I watched it live on the Sky Sports 8 A.M show. All parties have agreed. The only thing left right now is Osimhen's arrival in Saudi and his eventual signature.
