the last i ordered something and they brought something different i retured the item and they sent back my money jumia

Jumia are fond of this nonsense these days.
That's how I ordered for 15" HP Laptop, and I paid before delivery, and they packaged 12" Laptop and sent to me. I almost ran mad for them.
I call their Customer Service and was screaming mad. I returned the damn thing.
You order for clothes and shoes, it is rubbish they will send too. Imagine, sewing dresses without linings.
Their Quality Control people are not doing their work well and they keep allowing vendors cheat customers.
It is better one go to show and pick what you see directly.

School no be scam ,they said microphone adapter ,not microphone ,so when you want to buy adapter plug for your tv,they usually draw television plugged to the adapter,meaning you are paying for the tv ,read and understand and know that school is not scam ,the joke is on u

Jumia delivered what was advertised on their website—a "Wiredless interview adapter"—and you received exactly what you ordered.

Jumia fulfilled their part of the transaction correctly.

You will go back to jumia website and seach for the mic which the adapter is compatible with then place an order.

Jumia never said a wireless mic rather a wireless mic adapter.

If a company as them don't have quality control and trade assurance, then they're solely responsible for this.
It was shipped from their warehouse with their packaging.

Exactly, most time, the higher the number reviews the higher the chances of getting the exact item your ordered for. I read almost all reviews on items if I have the time before placing order.

every body doesnt stay in ur area, some areas take weeks to deliver, time is money

Jumia clearly wrote there that the item is a MICROPHONE ADAPTER. Not microphone itself. Na so we dey take fail exam.

It's even written there that is compatible (you can use it) with Dji mic, rode mic and Hollyland mic.

So instead of posting picture of an adapter, they posted pictures of microphones . Isn’t that criminal intention?

There is a window for return 5days from day of delivery.
Just click on return item menu to activate return process.
A delivery person will come pick the return item. They will confirm the item is in good condition after return.
It takes 3- 5days for refund after item has been returned

Which useless konga. Konga that sent me a fake laptop and took ages to collect it back from me despite taking it to the drop off centre myself, the lady dey even query me how I know sey na fake laptop.
Jumia despatch refused to pickup a return item claiming I'm not available, he will now block my number so I can't call him, on one occasion, I met him on the road as I recognize him, I stopped him, he refused to stop

I wish their PR sees these and make adjustments and corrections to maintain their customers.

If jumia continues to allow people get cheated on their platform without taking legal action against the vendor, then jumia should be dragged.

Aside from that, most employees are reckless in the discharge of their duties.

A company like Jumia will definitely have a quality control department but those workers there wouldn't do what they're paid for.

Picture doesn't match the description. Description is Microphone 🎤 adaptor i e stick and foam(😁😁 funny though) while picture is showing full microphone components.

Jumia's refund/return policy is top notch. Bought my AC from them. First one (LG) was faulty. I called and upgraded to another brand. In two days, they picked it up and returned with a brand new Panasonic.
