No dear, we are where we were due to nff incompetence. Look at the way we took Benin out, look at the way we played Rwanda, intrinsically analyze the team unity in these 2 matches and I surreptitiously put it to you, do you think Benin would have beaten us in Abidjan or played draw with SA if the same spirit has been there?

But nff destroy our WCQ.

I totally agree... But I think we have the chance to beat everybody in that group hands down... My only problem would be beating SA... We watch sha

Rwa 7pts
SA 7pts
Ben 7pts
Les 5pts
Nig 3pts
Zim 2pts
Next games in march (match day 5)
SA vs Les
Rwa vs Nig
Zim vs Ben
(Match day 6)
Ben vs SA
Nig vs Zim
Rwa vs Les
results in this march double fixtures will surely reduce the gap between super eagles and teams at the top, they will surely cancel themselves out or hold themselves to a draw…
What are you saying?

I feel at some point everyone may be at the same point.. and goal difference will separate everyone

This our group is one of the most competitive ooh... Walai
The super eagles made it competitive by not doing well in four games. In world football, the other teams are walk overs

NFF should please leave Eguavoen to qualify this team for AFCON and world cup. He has started the AFCON qualifiers and Egu has an understanding with the players. Give Egu a contract please.

@elyte can work as 3rd assistantgrin

The boys played well can't honestly fault them. Only thing I will be nitpicky about was the free header we allowed them in the first few minutes other than that were it another day could have been a dominant 2-0/3-0 result.

Can't also blame the players too much for not converting their chances the Rwandan keeper was solid and in form.

The ref denied us a probable win with his dodgy officiating. The tackle on Boniface before halftime in the box should have been a pen.

All told good international window. Top of our group, 4 points, and clean sheet.

AE should continue for now then the NFF revaluate after AFCON qualifiers.

AE assignment was to take them to play the African qualifier , he is not the coach yet , he is the technical director of the NFF , he will be call upon again to clean the mess smiley

smart move by the NFF .. THEY NO WANT HIRE COACH , THEY WANT DEY TAP HIM BRAIN . if i were to be AE , I will remain in that my T.D post just dey do some clean up . till they are ready to appoint a foreign coach or give him a proper contract ... with the clause to return as the technical director when the contract ends .
So what do think might finally play out here because Eguavoen just rejuvenated the team and showed a lot of promise so NFF should know that retaining him is the best move.

Why do players go to Turkey when they are past their prime ( retirement) because of the neat tax free wages.

As a league it's poor very poor.

With regards to the bold you display door ignorance and lack of knowledge.

I repeat Turkish league is a low quality league rated 10 in Europe by UEFA .But you seem to know more than UEFA.

Heard a rumour that Eguavon has resigned as interim manager of the SE.

I hope it's not true .

Same energy bro, same energy 🥴

You have no Idea.

You attack the personality and avoid the substance in your prejudiced 🤔 confusion.

Chukwuemeka Carney was on my radar as a quality top level box to box midfielder. That was at age 16 by 17 he was balling , football intelligence, astounded work rate, tall with physicality and outstanding technical ability.

He played for Villa first team at 18 and was outstanding, at this stage all the top EPL clubs wanted him. However, Chelsea offered him a 6 year on £100K a week. He played for Chelsea as teenager that's no mean fit.

The money 🤑 he earns is confirmation of his outstanding quality and ability.

Best players get more very simple. Money is the driving force behind football ⚽. Without money Benzema Ronaldo, etc will not be in Saudi Arabia.

Please tell me two young Nigerian playerd in midfield better than him please 🥺 Oga 2know not ❓

Unpopular thought from a wild thinking fan

He suggests to me that Eguavoen didn't wanna bring in Iwobi vs Rwanda because he(Egu) was still having PTSD from the last time his introduction of Iwobi off the bench brought about a red card. Lol

For all his years as a TA, what was his achievement, also almost all qualifys he had took charge of as a Coach, he hadn't qualify us for any ( someone prove me wrong )

I stand to be corrected

Turns out it's a lie.

He is that super prolific. A real menace.
