In the Benin match, when Ademola tried to beat the keeper and failed. The old generation of players would have chipped the ball over his head when he rushed out. E easy to talk for mouth sha. 3 Likes |

Mujtahida: You are right , what you see now is the (CM) role in fooall! the traditional role of the CM as a game controller, dictating the pace and flow of the game, has evolved. Modern football has become more dynamic, with CMs now often required to be more versatile, defensive-minded, and athletic. The days of the traditional "regista" or deep-lying playmaker, like Andrea Pirlo or Xavi, are indeed fading. Now, CMs are often expected to: Break up opposition attacks Win the ball back quickly Distribute it simply to maintain possession Support both defense and attack While this shift has made the game more intense and physically demanding, it's true that the CM role might not be as creatively focused as it once was. However, there are still some exceptional CMs who can control the game's tempo and dictate the flow, like Kevin De Bruyne or Luka Modrić. another Kante will come maybe in another 5 years ... 4 Likes 1 Share |

mekabuachi: The same thing I said. We need more looks at them for WCQ. We now know the Rwandan keeper is one to watch for. Our performance against Rwanda away will give us confidence we can beat the home and away in WCQ and flip our fortunes around. The way SA has been playing in AFCONQ also has me believing they will drop more points. It was two very very late goals that salvaged a point against Uganda and a win against a poor South Sudan. We’re in a hard spot for WC but hope dey. 6 Likes 1 Share |

mrwilliams9: You just spoke mind... The problem now is how to beat Rwanda GK... We need some who can shoot outside the box... A bit of unpredictability Because before lookman and the rest go dribble enter the box... GK don set well to save the shot As for SA those ones dey sabotage themselves with their hands 4 Likes |

mrwilliams9: if we can hustle patriotically with our star talents on their red hot forms to win our two matches in march 2025 away Rwanda vs Nig and in our Home against Nig vs Zimbabwe we would close up on these 3guys that are on 7points Rwa 7pts SA 7 pts Ben 7 pts Les 5 pts Nig 3 pts Zim 2 pts cos while we are busy winning our 2matches others are canceling out each other MD 5(March 2025) SA vs Les (Likely win for SA) Zim vs Ben (Likely win or draw for zim) Rwa vs Nig (Hopefully we can nick a 1-0 win) MD6(March 2025) Nig v Zim(Likely win for super eagles 1-0) Ben v SA (Likely win or draw for Benin) Rwa v Les (Likely win for Rwanda) By the end of this 2match days…the group leader maybe leading us with 2points Then we will have September(MD 7 & MD 8 to play our heart out…..our boys just need to play to their topmost level all these teams no reach, na we dey jonz September is the best time to overtake, cos we will be playing Nig v Rwa (Likely win for eagles) SA vs Nig (sure banker draw match) 5 Likes 2 Shares |
