who is this "he"?

what is the "he" being bailed for?

who told you that bail conditions have been set for the "he"?

was it a journalist?

Seems you have a problem with English language. I said I personified the driver.

If he is accused and held in custody , he still will be able to meet bail conditions.

Do you have a lawyer friend? Meet with them and let them tell you how the law views issues.

You are using emotions and hearsay to judge. The court of law does not see that.

When I say more than 80% of Nigerian drivers (including those licensed and unlicensed) have absolutely no business driving even in a street, una go say I dey badmouth my country.

Most accidents in this nation are caused by recklessness and stupidity among our drivers rather than bad roads.

Sadly, many of you will rather pray against accidents or for journey mercies instead of calling out bad drivers.
I concur 100%, the other day I was approaching the security gate of my estate, I was only a few meters away from the gate and prepping the security men to open the barriers when the driver behind me overtook just to get into the estate before me. I was shocked but also not too surprised because whenever I am on Lagos road I assume majority of the drivers are mad.

Who told you they are unconscious, they are dead
Was there any medical practitioner on the scene that pronounced them dead?

Remember that Junior Pope was pronounced dead by rescuers and was on his way to the mourge before the doctors told them that he's still alive.

As long as you're not a doctor, you have no right to pronounce anyone dead. That declaration is meant for qualified doctors only.

1. who is this "he"?

2. what is the "he" being bailed for?

3. who told you that bail conditions have been set for the "he"?

4. was it a journalist?

5. what are you anticipating that the "he" will be accused of that requires bail?

6. why should "he" be accused of anything and put in custody if you say "no offence was committed"?

what will this "he" be accused of that will require being held in custody and bail?

how do you know that this "he" has a lawyer as you said in your previous posts?

Messed up....no first aid was given to the one brought out breathing until he died.

If he died 10 mins later first aid wouldn't have saved him.

He was already a gonna except he crashed into a fully prepared operating room and that is still a 50/50 chance.

We don't drive in Nigeria we move the vehicles and attempt to hit anything on the road. We lack driving culture. Everyday I see it when driving. Many people just know how to move cars.

I dont see anywhere you answered any of my questions despite you dont have a problem with english language.

1. did the court decide before you concluded that "no offence was committed"? yes or no

2. what does it mean for a person to drive without a license?

3. did the driver of the vehicle adhere to the required speed limit for the road where the accident took place? yes or no

Nigeria police men are still the worst in the world…

I remembered many years ago about 10 or 15 years ago when business men still walk around with heavy cash ….
Armed robbers just finished robbing my dad , I mustered courage and chased them…. When we got to a T junction in Jos they disappeared I didn’t know which direction they went…

the funny thing is that the police patrol vehicle was at that same T JUNCTION…..

I know rushed to them for directions the thieves took…. The next thing one of the police officers asked me to follow them to the station 😳😳😳😳😳

I was mad …. Oga are you OK ? Are you in your right senses…. I’m doing your job right now…. I’m telling you armed robbers just drove passsss this same Junction and all you can tell me is let’s go to the station 😳😳😳

Sorry bro but this really made laugh. Finish the story grin

Honestly, I have continued to wonder what possesses an average Nigerian when he is behind the wheels...!

Like, wetin dey happen? Especially once the road is clean and free of potholes.

If we had the quality of roads abroad, trust me, the accident rate would make Guiness Book of records dizzy with shock!

Part of the way forward should be to revoke many driving licenses, and insist on driving tests for all new drivers.

Even older drivers should be made to repeat driving assessments every year.

Real life story oooo ….

I was much younger…. Forming Jean -Claud Van damme…. Chasing men with Guns ooo ….my dads Benz that time had a little fault that I wasn’t aware of on that day….

Yes I initially started chasing them with my dads Benz along the road I had to ditch the car it was doing off and on … I thought fuel had finished….

So I continued my chase on a bike called achba back then in Jos …..

When they disappeared at the T, junction.. west of mind in Jos ….incase you are familiar with the area….
That’s where I saw the fooooish police men that asked me to follow them to the station to write down my statement….
My brother if you see how I shouted at the fooooooooool ….. the little delay made it impossible for me to continue my chase because the thieves might have gone too far ….

Few minutes later another policeman who appeared to be a bit superior to the foooooools that asked me to go to the station with them…. Now asked me to go ….

I went back home 1st to tell my dad the whole story and where I parked his car

My friend I drive both in London roads and Lagos road. When on London roads I am with sane, considerate, and courteous drivers, but in Lagos road it is the opposite so I try to adjust and assume most of the drivers are ignorant of how the highway codes operate and thus recklessness and inconsideration is the order of the day.

So if you're a policeman and you happen to find yourself in an accident scene, rather than help the unconscious victims, you'd proceed to arrest the survivors because you feel they were driving without a license.

What you're telling me is that arresting people driving without license is more important than saving lives.

Wao. We truly deserve the kind of leaders we have.

You don't need to be a rocket scientist to know that the boy was coming from the club and he was drunk and deserved to be arrested and prosecuted!

Did you watch the video, cos you're sounding like someone who didn't watch it.

The passersby were literally begging the policemen to show more concern to the victims lying unconsciously on the ground. But they (the policemen) were more focused on the living. What's stopping them from calling an ambulance to attend to the unconscious persons before taking the drivers into custody.

They were clearly after bail money from those kids cos they sensed that they have rich parents who would pay amount to get their kids out of any police web.

That is the point, first aid administration is part of the training of policemen at accident scenes while ambulance are called in but arrest was their main focus.

Those useless and heartless policemen are only concerned with the bail money they'll collect from the victims who survived the accident.

The ones lying on the ground are presumed dead (even if they have a low pulse) thus considered as bad market for them.

That's how damaged the average Nigerian policeman is. Everything is money to them.

They did nothing right!
The first thing they should haver done was apply first aid assuming they know one otherwise they radio NEMA or the relevant authorities first before taking the surviving victims to the hospital to ascertain they have no internal injuries or complications from the accident and after that they can be questioned to determine the root cause. You just don't put someone who came out of such a situation on handcuffs. The way some of u reason just clearly shows we really deserve all of what we are getting from Nigeria

You are yet to answer my questions...

did the drivers commit any traffic offence?
