Why can't the US government and financial institutions work on this fake check saga? So many people are falling for it every day. With time, everybody will reject check payment methods. The flaw in it is too obvious, and criminals are exploiting it daily. I received a check for a job I did, presented the same check to the bank, and the funds were released to me. After some days, the bank finds out that the check is fake, and then I'm to pay back the funds released to me.

You don't just wish. Make efforts so that Igbos can get Biafra. Since 1966, the Igbos have wanted this Biafra; just give it to them.

Old boy, but nobody dey above you now except the OP. Anyway, that name alone spelt fraud. It's fraud personified. If the judge is a Nigerian, he would have decoded it easily.......Omoyowa, Christopher Okoro...he's a ready made fraudster....the only name he forgot to put his Muhammad....son of a dog spoiling Nigeria names and lessen other hardworking Nigerian the opportunity to excel in the western clime. Nigerians, please note this and have peace....any idiots that says his name is Olajide Chinedu Musa or some funny identification like that.....abeg, just think twice before you engage them in anything financial....

I am surprised he got only 8 years for defrauding attorneys. I was expecting at least 20 years, guess they pitied him.
